BNIDirect is an electronic device provided by BNI for non-individual customers to conduct financial transaction activities from customer accounts at BNI and to obtain transaction information recorded in Company accounts more fast, easily and safely.

Authorize transactions using Electronic Signature (BNI e-Secure/Token) with a dynamic PIN number.

Bank Guarantee

How to get BNI e-Bank Guarantee and m-BG Checking services

  • Customer submits registration as a user using BNI e-Bank Guarantee application to the nearest BNI branch office or to Transactional Banking Services (TBS) Division.
  • Customer registers user name (maker, approver and releaser) on BNI e-Bank Guarantee application.
  • After the registration process is completed, customer will obtain username and password to access and use BNI e-Bank Guarantee application and given training on the use.

Payment Management


Is a payment transaction management solution from BNI that makes it easy for Institutional/Company Clients to settle their financial obligations in a timely, accurate manner.

The need for reports on the payment of these obligations can also be obtained fast and realtime, so that customers will immediately get a recapitulation of the reports needed.

This solution is very useful for easy payment settlement of customer obligations, both single and mass (with a large volume of transactions).

 

Payment Management features are :

BNI Virtual Account Debit (Virtual Account for Disbursement)


Virtual Account Debit is a virtual account number (not real account) that can be used as an account for transactions affiliated with 1 (one) master account as a source of funds for various types of disbursement transactions.

Privileges :

  • Ease in identifying cash out for the purpose of payment/transfer of funds from the account according to the desired needs.
  • Ease in reconciling payments/expenses.
  • Debit Card can be issued per virtual account as a means of transaction through ATM/EDC or cash withdrawal at Teller.
  • Can make transaction limit settings (per virtual account) as needed.
  • Obtain regular Virtual Account transaction reports on H+1 after the transaction or in realtime (H+0) via Virtual Account Portal or BNIDirect.

BNI e-Tax (MPN G2)


BNI e-Tax is a state acceptance payment solution for BNI customers especially giran customers made through BNIDirect channel. BNI e-Tax accommodates customer’s tax transaction need with a variety of features and facilities that other banks don’t have.

Privileges :

  • Integrated features in 1 platform, ranging from Create Tax Billing, Payment and Report).
  • Create Tax Billing feature (single and bulk) that is integrated in BNIDirect system and connected to Billing DJP system.
  • NPWP Check feature to ensure an NPWP validity.
  • Predefine Mandatory Collection (WAPU) feature to simplify the VAT Reimbursement process for KKKS.
  • Process business of e-Tax MPN G2 is similar to e-Tax MPN G1 so as customer’s user experience is not changed.
  • Complete and integrated reporting with Tax system and SKK Migas, SSP, BPN (Proof of State Revenue) with NTPN (State Revenue Transaction Number), NTB (Bank Transaction Number), Billing ID, Tax Invoice and according to E-Filling format.

Bulk Payment

Is a feature available for customers to make transfer/ transferring fund in large amount (bulk) electronically from one account at BNI to a number of other accounts both at BNI and at other banks in the country, both in Rupiah and Foreign Currencies.

Privileges :

  • As a solution for customers who want the payment process of their obligations to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Payment of obligations can be done in bulk and on time when the obligation is due with just one transaction execution process so as to optimize the use of Company idle funds.
  • Bulk Payment Transaction instruction can be made immediately or scheduled (forward value/standing instruction). This type of scheduled instruction is available in 10 (ten) time/session options.

Payroll Management


Is a feature available for customers to transfer employee salary payments electronically from one account at BNI to a number of other accounts both at BNI and at other banks in the country, both in Rupiah and Foreign Currencies.

Privileges :

  • Employee salary payment process can be carried out in timely manner and efficient.
  • Payroll Transaction instruction (employee salary payment) can be carried out immediately or scheduled (forward value/standing instruction). This type of scheduled instruction is available for more than 10 (ten) time/session options.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee salary data because there are features that can regulate anyone who has the authority to view account transfers for payroll transactions.

BNI POPS


It is a feature available for customers to place orders and pay for purchases of PERTAMINA products using the Host to Host system so that the convenience and safety of PERTAMINA Customers in making transactions can be maintained.

Pertamina products that can be purchased are as follows :

BBM products, among others :

  • BBM Premium.
  • Pertamax/Pertamax Plus.
  • Solar.
  • Avtur.
  • Kerosene.

Non-BBM products, among others :

  • Oil Type.
  • Other Pertamina products excluding fuel.

Privileges :

  • Customers can simulate Pertamina product orders in advance to be done, so that customers know the estimated amount of payment for the purchase of Pertamina products.
  • Purchases of Pertamina products are carried out in real time and deliveries made on H+1.
  • Ordering and payment of Pertamina products can be done from the customer's location without needing to queue at the branch office because this feature is available on BNIDirect channel which is an internet-based service for BNI customers.

Is a solution that responds to the needs of Corporate/Institutional Customers in managing billing payment receipts in an integrated manner, so that receipt of bill payments can be done fast, realtime, effectively and efficiently.

The features of Collection Management Solution are :

BNI Virtual Account Credit (Virtual Account for Collection)


Is a virtual account opened to support collection transaction management for Companies/Institutions to run effectively and efficiently. BNI Virtual Account offers convenience in identifying partners/customers who make payments, monitoring and reporting accurately, as well as the ease and speed of reconciliation process.

Virtual Account in this case is used as customer or depositor identification, where each deposit on the virtual account will automatically be recorded into the main account as the deposit destination.

Full-featured BNI Virtual Accounts are accommodated in BNI e-Collection platform which can answer various needs of fund receipt management (collection management) according to customer’s needs.

Privileges :

  • Virtual Account Name and Number as transfer destination number and customer/depositor identification, can be determined by customer.
  • Virtual Account Number and Name will appear in the account statement for each transaction.
  • Deposit can be made in various payment channels or from other banks, (clearing/RTGS/transfers between Banks Online) both in rupiah and foreign currencies.
  • Transaction results can be viewed online through BNIDirect or BNI e-Collection portal.
  • The implementation process is relatively short.
  • Depositor does not need to have an account at BNI.
  • The uploading data process can be done by the customer himself via BNIDirect or BNI e-Collection portal.

Cash Pick-up dan Delivery Services


Is a service for taking/picking up money (cash/cheque or transfer form) from a Customer's location to be deposited to the Customer's account at BNI, and or cash delivery service originating from fund withdrawal of a customer's account to be delivered to the customer's location in accordance with the nominal and location that has been agreed upon.

Benefits :

  • Customer can realize the sale/fund receipt into their accounts at the Bank safely, fast and efficiently.

Is a solution provided for Non-Individual Customers so that management of Company/Institutional cash flow can always be maintained in an ideal position to meet the Company’s operational needs.

Benefits :

  • Gets the convenience to move (consolidate) Company's funds that are scattered in various BNI accounts in real time with the support of an automatic money transfer mechanism (automatic sweeping).
  • Minimizes operation handling cost.
  • Optimizes return in accordance with the instrument selected by customers.

  • Open (have) Current account in BNI.
  • Sign Registration form.
  • Approve the terms and conditions and the pricing scheme specified.

Liquidity Management can be done automatically through Branch or BNIDirect, i.e. :

  1. Liquidity Management via Branch Office
  2. Is Liquidity Management with registration via Branch Office, namely “BNI Account Sweep” that has several features, among others :

    1. Account Sweep Online

      Automatic fund transfer transaction from secondary account to primary account in real time (online) either with limit feature or without limit feature (maximum nominal sweep).

    2. Account Sweep Push

      Automatic transaction of transfer of excess funds from primary account to secondary account is carried out in batches at End of Day of the Bank system.

    3. Account Sweep Pull

      Automatic transaction of fund transfer/underfund taking from secondary account to primary account is made in batch at End of Day of the Bank system.

    4. Account Sweep Push-Pull

      Activity to maintain balance on primary account by taking from secondary account where transfer is made in batch at End of Day of the Bank system either with limit feature or without limit feature (maximum nominal sweep).

    5. Account Sweep Online Loan-Dep

      Automatic fund transfer transaction from secondary accounts in the form of loan account to primary account in real time (online) with either limit feature or no limit feature (maximum nominal sweep).

    All of “BNI Account Sweep” features can only be performed in single currency.

  3. Liquidity Management via Internet Banking (BNIDirect) :
  4. Liquidity Management with registration through Internet Banking (BNIDirect) has several features, namely :

    1. Cash Pooling
      • Fund transfer to one pooling account can run on a daily basis or set according to a specific schedule at certain hours.
      • Sweeping dana (sweep in) from multi accounts (sub account) to main account (pooling account).
      • Sweeping is made in single currency or multiple currencies.
    2. Cash Distribution
      • Fund distribution from main account to sub/target account can run on a daily basis or set according to a certain schedule.
      • Sweeping dana (sweep out) from single account to multiple accounts is made automatically on certain hours.
      • Sweeping is made in single currency or multiple currencies.
    3. Sweep Balance

      Fund transfer from one account to other account can be arranged automatically according to the nominal needed, both in Range balance account (RBA), Target Balance Account (TBA), and Zero Balance Account (ZBA).

BNI is the latest innovation in the effort to present solutions for Customers in integrating Customer application systems with banking transaction services through solutions based on Open Application Programming Interface (API). Customers can conduct direct financial operational transactions or other banking features through the Customer application to the BNI banking service features available.
