Officers will be happy to listen to customer complaints and provide solutions," Mucharom said.
Mucharom also said that BNI Call continues to serve customers 24/7. To streamline the complaint handling process, BNI has added BNI Call service centers to 3 locations. This step is also to ensure that BNI Call service can continue to be provided even if there is a communication problem at one of the Call Centers. "If a customer submits a complaint via BNI Facebook and Instagram account comment section, the follow-up process will be longer. For that, we hope that customers can submit their complaints only to the official BNI Call number(1500046) and the official Twitter account @BNICustomerCare," he said.
