This step is the best synergy and solution needed to complement the needs of expanding digital channels for regional banks, especially for improving digital services to the public.

"We are grateful for the trust given by Bank Kalsel, Bank Kaltimtara, and Bank Kalbar to BNI.  We believe this Borneo Collaboration can open up potential synergies, especially for transaction needs for customers of Bank Kalsel, Bank Kaltimtara, and Bank Kalbar," she said.

Yamin said that the company is improving digital banking services as one of the acceleration of technology adaptation during the economic recovery period.

Moreover, customers’ demand for digital banking services is quite high, so the urgency for transformation and expansion of services by collaborating with various parties is getting higher.

"We thank BNI for opening up collaboration opportunities. There are many services that we can integrate in the future. Of course, this strategic step is not only beneficial for both banks but also Indonesian banking customers as a whole," he mentioned.

Hanawijaya conveyed that improving the quality of service performance is one of Bank Kalsel's efforts to retain customers and win customer loyalty.

The Company believes the signing of this memorandum of understanding is the right step to continue to improve services by using various integrated digital channels, both in internal systems and external systems including BNI digital banking.

"Of course we welcome this step of cooperation. We believe this MoU will have a positive effect on increasing the number of customers and e-channel activities of Bank Kalsel and BNI so that it will have a positive impact on economic growth in the Kalimantan region," she mentioned.
