BNI Ensures Customer Transaction Needs Will Remain Served During the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijri Holiday

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) will operate 13 branch offices during the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijri holiday with limited operations to ensure customer service and banking transaction needs are met. BNI is also optimizing its digital services, which are accessible 24/7.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said this measure was taken to ensure the smooth flow of transactions for the public during the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijri holiday, which falls on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

“BNI has arranged for limited operational services at a number of branches and ensured that all digital channels continue to operate optimally to support customers’ transaction needs during the national holiday period. This measure is part of our commitment to continue providing the best service to the public,” Okki said in a written statement.

Operational branches that remain open will serve the public from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. local time. Through these services, customers can still conduct a number of important transactions, such as making payments for Pertamina fuel via the Pertamina H2H POBS system, making cash deposits, withdrawing cash, transferring funds between BNI accounts, and opening accounts through wondr by BNI.

In addition to providing branch services, BNI also ensures that all digital channels continue to operate normally 24 hours a day so that customers can conduct transactions anytime and from anywhere. These services include the wondr by BNI app, BNIdirect, ATMs, CRM, Agen46, and various other electronic banking services.

According to Okki, the use of digital services plays a key role in providing customers with a more convenient, faster, and more efficient banking experience, especially during national holidays.

"Customers can use various BNI digital channels to meet their transaction needs during the holiday period. With the support of integrated services, we hope that people's financial activities will continue to run smoothly and conveniently. BNI will continue to be present to serve customer needs through reliable services, in the spirit of Serving Wholeheartedly," said Okki.

BNI also continues to educate customers on how to use digital services to facilitate more convenient and efficient transactions during the holiday season. Information regarding branches with limited operating hours and other services can be accessed through the BNI Call Center at 1500046 or on BNI’s official website at bni.co.id.

Through these physical and digital service preparations, BNI is working to ensure that customer transactions continue to run smoothly during the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijri holiday period, in line with the company’s commitment to continuously providing the best service to the public.
