PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI presented an integrated digital transaction ecosystem to facilitate thousands of visitors to the Jakarta Creative Festival 2026 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, on July 4–5, 2026.
During the festival, BNI supported various cashless transactions in the event area using QRIS wondr by BNI which was integrated with accounts, BNI Debit Cards, and BNI Credit Cards in one application.
One of the highlights of this event was O-Branch, BNI's mobile banking service operated directly on the festival grounds. Through O-Branch, customers could exchange Rupiah, open accounts, activate digital services, and utilize a variety of other banking services without having to visit a branch.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that the presence of various digital payment channels and O-Branch is part of the Company's efforts to provide services that are closer to the needs of the community.
"We want the public to experience firsthand how BNI's digital services can make every activity easier. With BNI's various digital financial innovations, we aim to provide a transaction experience that is easy, fast, and secure, tailored to customer needs," said Okki.
BNI also made it easy for people to become customers through the wondr by BNI app, offering a fast and convenient account opening process. During the event, visitors had the opportunity to enjoy various promotions and appreciation programs that added value to every transaction at the festival.
In addition to offering transaction services, BNI also held various interactive activities at its booth designed to provide an educational digital experience. Visitors could learn more about BNI's various financial service innovations and gain knowledge about safe and convenient digital transactions, especially for the younger generation and those involved in the creative economy.
According to Okki, digital transformation not only introduces new technologies but also ensures that people have easy access to financial services that add value to their daily activities.
