BNI Won Six Awards at the Digital CX Awards 2026

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, won six awards at the Digital CX Awards 2026 for its development of digital financial services for corporate customers. This international recognition strengthens BNI's position in developing digital-based transaction, payment, and cash management services.

The award, presented by the independent publication The Digital Banker, was announced at a ceremony at the Park Royal Collection Marina Bay, Singapore, recently.

BNI received six awards, including Best Digital Bank for CX – Indonesia, Best Wholesale/Transaction Bank for Digital CX – Indonesia, and Best Digital CX – Account Opening and Customer Onboarding.

In addition, BNI received awards for Outstanding Digital CX – Corporate Banking App – Indonesia, Outstanding Digital CX – Payments and Collection Services – Indonesia, and Outstanding Digital CX – Cash Management Platform.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that this achievement demonstrates the company's commitment to providing modern, integrated corporate banking services that are able to adapt to changing business needs.

"This award motivates us to continue strengthening our digital transformation, providing relevant solutions, and improving the quality of service for customers across all segments," Okki said in a written statement.

According to Okki, this series of awards is inseparable from the development of BNIdirect as a digital platform serving the transaction and financial management needs of corporate customers. The platform offers a variety of services, including payments, fund receipts, liquidity management, and other banking transaction activities within a single ecosystem.

BNIdirect's performance also recorded growth until the end of 2025. As of December 31, 2025, the platform had acquired 6,613 customers with a transaction volume of IDR15.39 trillion. The number of transactions processed was recorded at over 388,000.

This achievement reflects the increased use of BNI's digital services by business customers while simultaneously expanding the company's digital transaction ecosystem. The development of BNIdirect is also aimed at helping companies improve operational efficiency and gain easier access to financial management services.

The Digital CX Awards 2026 assessment covers several aspects, such as digital innovation, user experience, service personalization, and the effectiveness of solutions in meeting customer needs.

"Going forward, BNI will continue to develop digital capabilities and strengthen its ecosystem to provide sustainable added value for customers," Okki said.

This international recognition serves as a foundation for BNI to continue developing its digital services in the corporate and business segments. By enhancing the capabilities of BNIdirect, the company aims to strengthen its role as a partner in transactions and financial management for businesses amid the accelerating digitalization of the national banking industry.
