• A minimum of 21-years old where upon reaching the age of 55, the loan must be fully paid off. for retirees, the loan must be fully paid off upon reaching the age of 60.
• Collateral: land certificates and IMB (Property Development License).
• Loan should be used for buying vehicle whereby the collateral will be  the purchased vehicle itself.
• Any vehicle purchase requires minimum self-financing of 20%.
