Supporting the 3 Million Houses Program, BNI Distributes 109,000 Subsidized Mortgages

(28/10/2025) - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI has recorded that it has distributed more than 109,000 subsidized home ownership loans (KPR) with a total value of Rp17 trillion as of September 2025. This is clear evidence of BNI's commitment to supporting the government's program to build 3 million homes for low-income communities (MBR).

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that BNI plays an active role in helping the government realize President Prabowo Subianto's vision of providing decent, affordable, and sustainable housing for all levels of society, especially low-income groups.

“BNI continues to strengthen its role as a strategic partner of the government in expanding access to subsidized housing financing, so that more people can own their first home with affordable interest rates,” Okki said in a written statement in Jakarta.

Through BNI's Subsidized Mortgage Loan product, people can enjoy various benefits such as a fixed interest rate of 5%, a loan term of up to 20 years, and an easy application process at all BNI branch offices throughout Indonesia.

According to Okki, in 2025 BNI will receive an additional quota for subsidized mortgage loans through the government's Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme. The quota has increased significantly from 10,750 units to 25,000 units, which shows the government's high level of confidence in BNI's performance and consistency in supporting the national housing program.

“This increase in quota is proof of the government's trust in BNI's performance in distributing subsidized housing financing. We will continue to maintain our commitment to distribute financing that is on target and has a direct impact on the community,” added Okki.

With the support of 1,776 BNI branch offices spread across Indonesia and cooperation with thousands of qualified developers who have ready-to-move-in units, BNI is optimistic that it can optimize the distribution of subsidized mortgages for the remainder of 2025.

Okki emphasized that synergy between the government, banks, and developers is key to the success of the national housing program. This collaboration is expected to accelerate the provision of housing for those in need, while contributing to national economic growth.

“Through strong collaboration between the government, banks, and developers, we are confident that the public housing program can run faster and more accurately, while contributing to improving the welfare of the community,” Okki concluded.

With this achievement, BNI reinforces its role as a strategic partner of the government in strengthening financial inclusion and access to housing finance for the people, while supporting the realization of the Indonesia Maju vision through the provision of decent and sustainable housing for all Indonesians.
