This time, the institution led by Royke Tumilaar won 23 awards at the same time at the 11th InfoBank Digital Brand Award 2022, which was held today, Thursday, 7 April 2022. The 23 awards consist of thePlatinum Trophy for Conventional Commercial Banks for Corporate Brands (Rank 1), Platinum Trophy for Credit Cards for Conventional Commercial Banks (Rank 1), Platinum Trophy for Debit Cards for Conventional Commercial Banks (rank 1), Golden Trophy for KPR Conventional Commercial Banks for BNI Griya (Rank 1).

Then, Best Overall Conventional Commercial Bank for Corporate Brands (Rank 3), Best Overall Conventional Commercial Bank Savings for BNI Taplus (Rank 1), Best Overall Conventional Commercial Bank Deposit for BNI Deposits (Rank 1), Best Overall KPR Conventional Commercial Bank for BNI Griya (Rank 1), Best Overall Conventional Commercial Bank Debit Card for BNI Debit Card (Rank 2), Best Overall Conventional Commercial Bank Credit Card (Rank 2), Best Overall Internet Banking Conventional Commercial Bank (Rank 2), Best Overall Mobile Conventional Commercial Bank Banking (Rank 3).

On this occasion, BNI’s President Director Royke Tumilaar said the pandemic was the right opportunity and momentum for companies to transform. "Especially the development towards digital, digitalization is the direction of Banking development going forward. In addition, his explained, BNI is also optimizing this opportunity by transforming its capital business so that it does not lag behind the momentum of economic recovery. "So, we are able to help improve the Indonesian economy, especially the recovery in the MSME segment because of the great potential for the Indonesian people, so BNI is committed to helping MSMEs penetrate the global market. Methodology

The assessment at the InfoBank Digital Brand Award 2022 is focused on social media channels owned or utilized by each financial service institution. Isentia, an analysis and media monitoring agency that collaborates with InfoBank Magazine in conducting digital brand assessments, applies 8 stages of assessment.
The eight stages are determining categories, researching brands and keywords, choosing social media channels, generating data from social media, determining sentiment, collecting data, calculating index, and determining the top three results.

Starting from determining the category, there are 16 categories as the basis for rating the corporate brand and 20 categories as the basis for rating the product brand. Then, this determined brand name will be the basis of research and keywords in the Isentia social media monitoring platform.

Social media channels were also determined. There are thousands of different subchannels used for data retrieval, such as through Twitter, Facebook, forums, and online news channels. From here, then data collection is carried out by back-generating talks in Indonesia for the past one year.

Thereafter, then various sentiments can be collected, such as positive, negative, or neutral sentiments, from each conversation based on the keywords that appear. The process of collecting data, calculating the index, and determining the results of the top three on the digital brand rankings has finally been achieved.

The Chairman of InfoBank Media Group, Eko B. Supriyanto stated that InfoBank Digital Brand this time will increase our awareness regarding new branding strategies that need to be carried out in this digitalization era.
“I see that the digitalization process has changed the way we do business. Financial service companies need to pay attention to this assessment, because we live in an era that places social media as the center of life,” said Eko, when opening the 11th InfoBank Digital Brand Award 2022, Thursday (7/4).

On the other hand, the Regional Insights Director for Emerging Markets, Southeast Asia, Isentia Lady Ochel C. Espinosa, revealed that in facing competition in this century, the use of social media in communication strategies is very important.

"Through social media monitoring, business people can find out the latest needs of the community so that improvements and new innovations can be made to maintain or increase market share," explained Lady.
The 11th InfoBank Digital Brand Award 2022 event which was preceded by CEO's Sharing entitled "Advancing Business Strategy and Sustainable Economy in Digital Era" and "Brand Building and Advancing Marketing Strategy in Metaverse Era" also invited BNI’s President Director, Royke Tumilaar to fill the CEO'Sharing.
