Use BNI TapCash Card for Easier and Faster Payment Transaction

TapCash is Electronic Money as Cash substitution that can be recharged, can be used for payment at BNI cooperation merchants.

Characteristics of BNI TapCash

  • Faster payment transaction (< second transaction).
  • Avoid worn-out and counterfeit money.
  • Changeless.
  • No Minimum Transaction.
  • Can be recharged (top up) – maximum balance is Rp 2,000,000.-.
  • Balances on TapCash cards are not given interest and are not guaranteed by LPS.
  • Transferable.

Cash and Non-Cash BNI ATM.

  1. Press Accept/Enter button (green color).
  2. Select the language used.
  3. Select BNI TapCash menu.
  4. Select Balance Inquiry menu.
  5. Put TapCash card on the Reader with TapCash Sticker.
  6. TapCash balance information appears.

Mesin EDC di Kantor Cabang BNI atau Merchant Akseptasi TapCash.

  1. Select BNI TapCash menu; Press Enter.
  2. Select Balance Inquiry; Press Enter.
  3. Put the card on the reader.
  4. TapCash balance information appears.

TapCash Go Application.

  1. Make sure you have installed TapCash Go application in your android smartphone with NFC feature.
  2. Open Application.
  3. Select Card Info menu.
  4. Put BNI TapCash on the back of the smartphone.
  5. TapCash balance information appears.

Top Up FacilityHow to Top Up
BNI Cash and Non-Cash ATM.
(Top Up at ATM using BNI Card and Other Bank Debit Card bearing link, bersama and prima logos).
  1. Insert debit card to BNI ATM.
  2. Select the language used.
  3. Enter Debit Card PIN.
  4. Select BNI TapCash menu
  5. Select BNI TapCash Card Top Up.
  6. Put the card on the ATM reader (TapCash with logo sticker).
  7. Select the nominal wanted.
  8. Select Savings.
  9. Put the card on the ATM reader.
  10. Transaction is successful.
  11. If the transaction is successful, Balance is updated and transaction receipt will come out.
EDC Machine at BNI Branch Office or TapCash Acceptance Merchant.
(Top Up at EDC using BNI Debit Card).
  1. Select BNI TapCash menu; Press Enter.
  2. Select Card Top Up; Press Enter.
  3. Swipe Debit Card.
  4. Select Savings.
  5. Select the nominal wanted; Press Enter.
  6. Select Direct Top Up; Press Enter.
  7. Emter Debit Card PIN; Press Enter.
  8. Put the card on the reader.
  9. Transaction is successful.
  10. If the transaction is successful, Balance is updated and transaction receipt will come out.
SMS Banking.

    Using SMS Banking Menu Application

  1. Select Purchase menu.
  2. Select TapCash menu.
  3. Input 16 TapCash card numbers.
  4. Input Top Up Nominal.
  5. Select Process.
  6. Input PIN Challenge correctly.
  7. Get SMS confirmation successful.
  8. Immediately Update Balance.

    Using Syntax

  1. Type: TOP<>TAPCASH<>16 digit number<>NOMINAL
  2. Send to 3346.
  3. Input PIN Challenge correctly.
  4. Get SMS confirmation successful.
  5. Immediately Update Balance.
Internet Banking.
  1. Login to BNI Internet Banking.
  2. Select Transaction menu.
  3. Select Purchase/Payment menu.
  4. Select Purchase menu.
  5. Select TapCash option.
  6. Select Top Up nominal and input 16 digits TapCash Number.
  7. Input BNI e-Secure Response.
  8. Get successful confirmation.
  9. Immediately Update Balance.
Mobile Banking.
  1. Login to BNI Mobile Banking.
  2. Select Purchase/Payment menu.
  3. Select TapCash option.
  4. Select Top Up nominal and input 16 digits TapCash Number.
  5. Input transaction password.
  6. Get successful confirmation.
  7. Immediately Update Balance.

Up Date BNI TapCash Balance is done when you make a pending top-up on EDC machine or Select to send balance at the ATM menu.

BNI Cash and Non-Cash ATM.

  4. Select Up Date Balance menu.
  5. Put TapCash card on the Reader with TapCash Sticker.
  6. Confirmation of the balance nominal being updated, if correct, select YES.
  7. Transaction is successful.
  8. If a transaction is successful, Balance is updated and transaction receipt will come out.

EDC Machine at BNI Branch Office or TapCash Acceptance Merchant.

  1. Select BNI TapCash menu; Press Enter.
  2. Select Update Balance; Press Enter.
  3. Put card on the reader.
  4. Transaction is successful.
  5. If transaction is successful, Balance is updated and transaction receipt will come out.

TapCash Go Application.

  1. Make sure you have installed TapCash Go application in your android smartphone with NFC feature.
  2. Open Application.
  3. Select Update Balance menu.
  4. Put BNI TapCash on the back of the smartphone.
  5. Information on Updated TapCash Balance appears.

Balance Transfer FacilityHow to Top Up
BNI Cash and Non-Cash ATM.
(Top Up at ATM using BNI Debit Card and other bank Debit Card bearing link, bersama and prima logos).
  1. Insert BNI debit card.
  2. Select the language used.
  3. Enter BNI Debit Card PIN.
  4. Select BNI TapCash menu.
  5. Select Balance Transfer menu.
  6. Enter 16 digits of TapCash card.
  7. Select Nominal.
  8. Select Savings.
  9. Confirm transaction, if correct, select YES.
  10. After transaction is successful, appears the screen offering to store the transaction has been made into Favorite Menu. If agree, select YES.
  11. Then, appears Favorite Menu information setting screen, where Customer can adjust content of the transaction title.
    For example: BNI TAPCASH.
    If done, select Continue menu.
  12. Then, Customer’s stored transaction is available at Favorite Menu with the information displayed in the form of transaction title.
    For example: BNI TAPCASH.
EDC Machine at BNI Branch Office or TapCash Acceptance Merchant.
(Pending Top Up at EDC using BNI Debit Card).
  1. Select BNI TapCash menu; Press Enter.
  2. Select Card Top Up; Press Enter.
  3. Swipe Debit Card.
  4. Select Savings.
  5. Select the Nominal wanted; Press Enter.
  6. Select Pending Top Up; Press Enter.
  7. Enter 16 digits of TapCash Card number.
  8. Enter Debit Card PIN; Press Enter.
  9. Transaction is successful.
  10. If transaction is successful, transaction receipt will come out.

BNI Customers and Non-BNI Customers can have BNI card TapCash at the following locations :

  • Bank BNI Branch Offices.
  • TapCash partners (CGV, etc.).
  • Minimarket (Alfamart, Indomaret, Circle K, etc.).
  • TransJakarta Shelter.
  • And other locations.
