BNI Internet Banking

To improve services to customers and to meet customer needs, BNI Internet Banking comes with increasingly complete features. From scheduled and recurring transfers, transaction mutations for the last 6 months, Deposit/Taplus/Tapenas account opening, personalizing your homepage, m-secure or token application on smartphone, mobile version access and various other services that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Even more interesting, the Personal Financial Management feature in BNI Internet Banking allows you to make financial planning according to your needs, complete with automatic deposit scheduling, and also allows you to monitor cash flow and fund expense/inflow trends in graphical form.

Benefits and Advantages

  • Can be accessed via PC/Laptop by typing BNI Internet Banking URL address at https://ibank.bni.co.id or access website BNI (www.bni.co.id) and Select Login menu.
  • Can open account (Taplus, Deposito and Tapenas), BNI Debit Card blocking, renewal of monthly/time deposit for Tapenas, and Deposit withdrawal.
  • There is favorite transaction link, scheduled transaction calendar information, foreign exchange rates, etc.
  • Has 2 financial transaction authorization tools namely BNI e-Secure or BNI m-Secure.
  • Uses 3 authorizations when logging into BNI Internet Banking, namely, USER ID, Password and Captcha and already have virtual keyboard to avoid keylogger practices.
  • Can make financial planning and monitoring its development.
  • Can monitor cash flow graphs, budget realization of expenditure items, and nominal composition of various expenditure items and income.
  • Can transfer BNI account between the same currency or from USD/SGD to IDR.

Safe Way of Having Transaction via BNI Internet Banking

  • BNI e-Secure/m-Secure are only used for financial transactions or data change. BNI never asks to synchronize BNI e-Secure/m-Secure on BNI Internet Banking Customer screen.
  • The figure below is an example of fraud action called token synchronization which asks you to input your BNI e-Secure/m-Secure. If you find this, STOP THE TRANSACTION and immediately contact BNI Call at 1500046 or 68888.

  • To anticipate similar cases but in the form of other malware, STOP the transaction if you are asked to enter your BNI e-Secure/m-Secure PIN out of the ordinary transaction with BNI Internet Banking and immediately contact BNI Call at 1500046 or 68888 via handphone.
  • Ensure the computer you use is clean from malware, virus/worm, trojan or spyware. Avoid to access BNI Internet Banking from internet café or any network/computer whose Avoid email attachment from any unknown sender or to download unofficial content or access to adult sites that have the potential to transmit malware, virus/worm, trojan or spyware to your computer or tablet/smartphone.
  • Make sure you access BNI Internet Banking via BNI Internet Banking official address site at www.bni.co.id and click login button, or go directly to BNI Internet Banking login page at https://ibank.bni.co.id or from bookmark/favourite menu in your browser.BNI Internet Banking official address
  • Beware of fraudulent efforts in the name of bank officers/BNI officers by telephone, fax or email asking for personal data including Internet Banking password, BNI e-Secure/m-Secure PIN, and One Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS/E-mail, because BNI officer will not ask for it.
  • Use virtual keyboard facility when typing your password to avoid information theft (keylogger).
  • When transferring, make sure the name and account number of the destination recipient are correct.
  • Ensure that you have logged out when leaving your computer, even if only for a moment.
  • Keep confidential your BNI Internet Banking password and your BNI e-Secure PIN and regularly change your BNI Internet Banking password.
  • If you find anything unusual when accessing BNI Internet Banking webpage, immediately stop your transaction and contact BNI Call at 1500046 or 68888.

Terms & Condtions

  1. BNI Internet Banking is an electronic channel facility owned, developed, and managed by the Bank, which can be accessed and used by the User Customer to access accounts owned by the Customer through the Internet network using browser software on a computer and/or smartphone.
  2. Bank refers to PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk which includes the Main Office and branch offices as well as any other offices as an inseparable part of PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk.
  3. BNI Call Officer are officers of the BNI Customer Experience Center who receive complaints submitted by Customers.
  4. BNI Call is a 24-hour service that can be easily accessed by User Customers to interact with the Bank via telephone through 1500046.
  5. BNI m-Secure is a facility for the customer to authenticate transactions by using the BNI m-Secure application installed on the customer’s cellular phone.
  6. BNI e-Secure is a facility for the customer to authenticate transactions by utilizing a special device (token) given by BNI to the customer who wishes it.
  7. Personal Data is any data relating to an individual who is identified or can be identified, either on its own or in combination with other information, directly or indirectly, through electronic or non-electronic systems.
  8. Official Bank Media are channels used to deliver official information from the Bank to Customers, including but not limited to website/SMS/WhatsApp/e-mail/BNI Call/letters/official publications in mass media.
  9. Customer is an individual account holder of BNI Taplus, BNI Taplus Bisnis, BNI Giro Perorangan, Taplus Muda, and/or Taplus Anggota, and holds a BNI Card or a chip-based Student Card.
  10. User Customer is a Customer who has been registered as a user of BNI Internet Banking services.
  11. Password is a personal identification number which is confidential and known only by the User Customer, and must be entered/inputted by the User Customer when using BNI Internet Banking services. Together with the User ID, the Password is used to ensure that the respective customer is authorized to use BNI Internet Banking services.
  12. Privacy Notice is a form of information disclosure by the Bank which explains to the Customer in relation to the Bank obtaining and collecting, processing, analyzing, using, storing, correcting and updating, displaying, announcing, transferring, disseminating, disclosing, deleting and/or destroying the Customer’s Personal Data, as well as the rights of the Customer as the Personal Data subject in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, including its amendments and implementing regulations, and other applicable and relevant laws and regulations.
  13. PIN (Personal Identification Number) of registration is a personal identification number which is confidential and known only by the User Customer, created by the Customer when registering for BNI Internet Banking at a BNI ATM. The Registration PIN is used to activate the BNI Internet Banking service via browser and will no longer be used after the User Customer has successfully completed the activation process.
  14. PIN (Personal Identification Number) of BNI m-Secure is a personal identification number which is confidential and known by the User Customer of BNI m-Secure. PIN of BNI m-Secure is used to ensure that the financial transactions performed by a User Customer are eligible to BNI Internet Banking service.
  15. PIN (Personal Identification Number) of BNI e-Secure is a personal identification number which is confidential and known only by the User Customer of BNI e-Secure. PIN of BNI e-Secure is used to ensure that the financial transactions performed by a User Customer are eligible to BNI Internet Banking service.
  16. Financial Transaction is a type of transaction that results in financial changes (debit or credit) to an account.
  17. Non-Financial Transaction is a type of transaction that does not result in any financial changes to an account.
  18. User ID is an identity owned by each User Customer and must be entered/inputted every time he/she accesses BNI Internet Banking.
  1. Is a customer of the Bank.
  2. Has already registered to BNI Internet Banking via BNI ATM or by visiting the nearest Branch, and then done the activation through BNI Internet Banking.
  3. Customer must have an active e-mail address and mobile number, registered in the bank’s System.
  4. User Customer has read and understood the terms to become a User Customer of BNI Internet Banking.
  1. User Customer can use BNI Internet Banking service to obtain information about non financial transactions and or to perform financial transaction specified by Bank.
  2. User Customer must always update his/her data to the Bank every time there is change in personal data specifically a change in e-mail address and/or an active mobile phone number.
  3. Any losses arising from the failure of the User Customer to update their data with the Bank, particularly changes to the User Customer’s e-mail address and/or active mobile phone number, shall be the sole responsibility of the User Customer.
  4. User Customer must secure his/her User ID and Password to BNI Internet Banking according to conditions applied.
  5. User Customer must ensure that access to BNI Internet Banking is in an inactive state (log-out), when leaving the terminal.
  1. User Customer must ensure that every financial transaction instruction is delivered fully, clearly, and accurately, including ensuring that all the necessary data is entered correctly. The Bank is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to negligence, incompleteness, unclearness, or inaccuracy of instruction and/or data acquired from the User Customer.
  2. User Customer is entitled to the opportunity to re-check and or to cancel the entered data during confirmation phase which is automatically conducted by the system before the sign of approval as regulated below.
  3. When the entered data has been ensured as correct and complete, as sign of approval to the execution of financial transaction, User Customer must enter the Respond Code of BNI e-Secure/m-Secure on the provided column on the BNI Internet Banking transaction page.
  4. User Customer can only choose one of BNI e-Secure or BNI m-Secure to be used as the means of authorization to financial transactions in BNI Internet Banking.
  5. All financial transactions instructed to the Bank and approved by the User Customer could not be cancelled.
  6. Every instruction approved by User Customer which is stored in the Bank data center is valid data, received as proof of instruction from User Customer to Bank to execute said financial transaction.
  7. The Bank receives and executes every instruction from User Customer as a valid instruction based on the usage of User ID and Password, The User Customer is required to maintain the confidentiality and security of Personal Data and/or credential keys, therefore, such instructions shall be legally binding upon the User Customer accordingly, unless the User Customer can prove otherwise.
  8. Bank has the right not to execute the instructions from User Customer, if :
    1. The balance of User Customer’s account is insufficient.
    2. Bank discovers or has reason to believe that a fraud or criminal activity has or about to be done.
  9. As proof that the financial transaction instructed by User Customer has been executed by Bank, User Customer will receive proof of financial transaction in form of reference number in the transaction page of BNI Internet Banking and it will be stored in the Bank’s database for three months from the transaction date. Proof of financial transaction will also be automatically sent to User Customer e-mail address registered in BNI.
  10. User Customer approves and acknowledges that :
    1. By performing financial transactions through BNI Internet Banking, all instructions and communication from User Customer received by Bank will be treated as legal evidence although no written document is made and or unsigned document is issued.
    2. Proof of instruction from User Customer to Bank and any form of communication betweeen Bank and User Customer sent electronically and stored in Bank data center and or stored in the form of other information and data stroring in Bank, whether in the form of written document, note, tape/cartridge, computer print out and or copies, will be perceived as legal evidence not to be denied of its validity, correctness or originality.
  11. With its own consideration, the Bank has the right to modify the limit of financial transactions with prior notice to the Customer through the Bank’s Official Media.
  12. All communication through secure and standard e-mail will be considered as valid, authentic, original and correct and deliver the same effect when it is done in written and or by written document.
  13. The bank is not obliged to execute every instruction either signed or not signed as well as not to answer or answer any question received through insecure e-mail. Customers are advised not to send classified information through insecure e-mail.
  14. User Customer herewith give the right to Bank to debit from the account of User Customer listed in Bank to execute financial transactions instructed by User Customer to Bank through BNI Internet Banking service and for the payment of administration fee and transaction fee to the usage of BNI Internet Banking facility.
  1. User ID and Password are classified codes and the authority of usage lies upon User Customer.
  2. User Customer must keep his/her User ID and Password safely by :
    1. Not to inform his/her User ID and Password to other people.
    2. Not to write the Password on a piece of paper or to keep it in written form or in other means of storing which enables others to find out.
    3. Be careful in using User ID and Password so others will not see.
    4. Change the Password periodically.
  3. In case of User Customer knowing or suspecting that User ID and Password is known by an unauthorized person, then User Customer must secure it by modifying the User ID and Password.
  4. If in any case the User Customer cannot modify the User ID and or Password then the User Customer must inform the Bank via BNI Call.
  5. Before the information is received by BNI Call, then all instructions, transactions and communication based on the usage of User ID and Password by an unauthorized person will be the User Customer’s full responsibility.
  6. The usage of User ID and Password has the same strength of law with a written instruction signed by User Customer, hence User Customer herewith states that the usage of User ID and Password in every instruction on BNI Internet Banking’s transaction is also a passing of authority from User Customer to Bank to execute transactions including but not limited to debiting from the account of User Customer in term of execution to the transaction instructed and for the payment of transaction fee which has or will be specified later by Bank with prior notice by the Bank through Bank’s Official Media.
  7. The Customer is required to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data and/or credential keys, including but not limited to User ID, Password, and PIN of e-Secure/m-Secure. Any misuse of personal data and/or credential keys, including but not limited to User ID, Password, and PIN of e-Secure/m-Secure, along with any consequences arising therefrom, shall be the sole responsibility of the User.
  1. Access to BNI Internet Banking service owned by User Customer will be terminated if :
    1. User Customer asks the Bank to terminate access to BNI Internet Banking service, which might be caused by :
      1. Customer forgets his/her User-ID and or Password,
      2. User Customer closes all accounts that can be accessed through BNI Internet Banking service.
    2. User Customer incorrectly entered the Password (three) times in a row.
    3. A report received from User Customer about the suspicion or the discovery of User ID and Password by an unauthorized party.
    4. Bank suggests an misusage of account by User Customer in relation to law violation.
    5. The bank executes an obligation according to the regulations.
    6. Bank experiencing disturbance or stopping BNI Internet Banking service. Of this termination, the Bank will send notification to the User Customer in any form and means.
  2. To re-activate because of the termination of access to service as aforementioned in a, b and c, User Customer must visit the nearest Branch Office by bringing proof of identity or proof of account ownership (passbook and/or BNI Card) or by contacting BNI Call.
  1. User Customer will release Bank from prosecution in the event that the Bank is unable to process instructions from User Customer both partly or wholly due to events of causes beyond the power or capability of the Bank including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, riots, malfunctioned equipments, system or transmission, electrical disturbances, telecommunication disturbances, government policy, as well as any other events or causes beyond the Bank’s power and capability.
  2. In the event that the Bank is unable to execute the User Customer’s instructions, in whole or in part, due to the events or causes mentioned above, the Bank shall provide notification to the User Customer through the Bank’s Official Media.

Any notification from the Bank regarding changes to benefits, fees, risks, Terms and Conditions, and/or the blocking of access to BNI Internet Banking services shall be communicated to the User Customer through the Bank’s Official Media.

  1. Proof of instruction from User Customer via BNI Internet Banking service is mutation recorded in Account Statement and or in passbook of BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis/BNI Giro Perorangan/BNI Taplus Muda/BNI Taplus Anak/BNI Taplus Anggota/Pegawai when printed. If a discrepancy occurred between the Account Statement issued by Branch and or the passbook with data displayed in BNI Internet Banking, to refer to the Account Statement issued by branch or passbook.
  2. Bank can modify, add and/or change these terms and conditions with prior notification from Bank to User Customer at least 30 (thirty) business days in advance through the Bank’s Official Media. Every modification to these terms and conditions will be binding to the User Customer.
  3. User Customer comply to the conditions and regulations in the Bank as well as terms and conditions to every service and transaction within BNI Internet Banking, including every modification which will be notified first by the Bank through the Bank’s Official Media.
  4. By usage of BNI Internet Banking service, every User Customer will be charged with administration fee which will be debited by the Bank from the User Customer’s account according to the tariff informed by the Bank later on.
  5. Bank has the right to stop BNI Internet Banking service temporarily or for a certain period of time decided by Bank in case to update, maintenance or other purposes with any excuses deemed fit by Bank with prior notification from the Bank through the Bank’s Official Media, that shall not eliminate the Bank’s responsibility for handling complaints and any losses arising therefrom.
  6. The powers expressed in these Terms and Conditions are valid and will not end as long as User Customer still receiving BNI Internet Banking service or other obligation still remained from User Customer to Bank.
  1. The owner of BNI e-Secure is the User Customer of BNI Internet Banking who applied to obtain BNI e-Secure.
  2. After receiving BNI e-Secure, the Customer must immediately change their PIN of BNI e-Secure. PIN of BNI e-Secure is an identification number which must be entered during the activation of the BNI e-Secure device.
  3. The owner of BNI e-Secure must keep the secrecy of PIN BNI e-Secure by :
    1. Not to inform the PIN to anyone.
    2. Not to write the PIN on table’s surface, cellphone or keep it on written form or on computer application and or other storing means which can be accessed by others.
    3. Not to make PIN with sequence of numbers, e.g 123456.
    4. Not to make PIN with repetition of one number, e.g : 222222.
    5. Not to make PIN with numbers : date of birth, phone number, car plate and others easily remembered/guessed by other people.
    6. Not to lend BNI e-Secure or inform the PIN of BNI e-Secure to anyone.
  4. Any effects occurred in relation to the misusage of PIN will be the full responsibility of BNI e-Secure owner. The owner of BNI e-Secure herewith releases Bank from any prosecution arising from another party or from the owner of BNI e-Secure himself/herself in the result of PIN’s misusage.
  5. BNI e-Secure is still the property of the Bank and must be returned to the Bank when asked.
  6. BNI e-Secure can not be used for any other purposes other than for transactions specified by the Bank.
  7. The owner of BNI e-Secure must take good care of BNI e-Secure. The replacement of BNI e-Secure which malfunctions or broken, either caused by Customer negligence or by other causes, will be charged according to Bank regulation.
  8. Bank receives and executes every instruction from the owner of BNI e-Secure as a valid instruction based on the usage of BNI e-Secure and therefore Bank has no obligation to check or investigate the originality and validity or the authority of BNI e-Secure user or assess and prove the accuracy or the completeness of instruction given and therefore the instruction is considered valid and binding to the BNI e-Secure owner, except the owner of BNI e-Secure can prove it otherwise.
  9. BNI e-Secure will be blocked if the owner of BNI e-Secure entered the wrong PIN 3 (three) times in a row.
  10. In case BNI e-Secure is blocked because the wrong PIN is entered 3 (three) times in a row, then the owner of BNI e-Secure must contact the Bank.
  11. BNI e-Secure will be automatically turned off if no button is pressed within 45 (forty five) seconds.
  12. In case BNI e-Secure is stolen or lost, then User Customer of BNI e-Secure must notify Bank, through the nearest Branch Office during office hours along with a written confirmation signed by User Customer of BNI e-Secure in the form and content acceptable by Bank. If a User Customer of BNI e-Secure can not come to the Bank’s Branch Office then the notification can be given by contacting BNI Call. Based on the notification, the Bank will disconnect BNI e-Secure from the BNI Internet Banking system so the User Customer will not be able to perform any financial transaction. As long as the notification is not yet received by the Bank, then the Bank will not be responsible for every transaction performed with the stolen or lost BNI e-Secure and the Customer can not apply for a new BNI e-Secure.
  13. If BNI e-Secure is broken, then the owner of BNI e-Secure must report this to the Bank and hand over the broken BNI e-Secure for replacement.
  14. Administration fee of BNI e-Secure whether for a new application or replacement due to broken, stolen or lost device will be according to the tariff notified by the Bank later.
  15. Complaints and/or protest from the owner of BNI e-Secure can only be entertained if the complaint and/or protest on the usage of BNI e-Secure is submitted to the Bank within 3 (three) months after the transaction date.
  16. The owner of BNI e-Secure can use BNI e-Secure to authorize financial transactions.
  17. The usage of BNI e-Secure by other party with any reason whatsoever is not allowed by Bank. The owner of BNI e-Secure therefore releases the Bank from any prosecution arising from another party and or the owner himself/herself as a result of misusage of BNI e-Secure.
  18. Bank at anytime has the right to block, cancel, pull or renew BNI e-Secure and or the account of BNI e-Secure owner in any way, if the owner of BNI e-Secure is no longer eligible with the terms and conditions of BNI e-Secure.
  19. When the status of BNI e-Secure is “missing" or "broken" or “inactive”, the User Customer can still enjoy the non financial transaction service on BNI Internet Banking.
  20. If the owner of BNI e-Secure no longer wants to use BNI e-Secure, then the owner of BNI e-Secure must notify the Bank in writing and the BNI e-Secure must be returned to the Bank. The termination of usage to BNI e-Secure will apply after the letter of notification signed by the owner of BNI e-Secure is received by the Bank.
  21. The owner of BNI e-Secure herewith bound and comply to the conditions regulating the use of BNI e-Secure set by Bank and all the changes in any form which will be notified priorly by Bank to the owner of BNI e-Secure through the Bank’s Official Media.
  1. The owner of BNI m-Secure is the User Customer of BNI Internet Banking who applied to obtain BNI m-Secure by downloading the application of BNI m-Secure through BNI Internet Banking and installed the application on the User Customer’s cellphone.
  2. PIN of BNI m-Secure is an identification number which needs to be entered when activating BNI m-secure device, and will be sent to Customer through BNI Internet Banking email facility. After receiving the PIN of BNI m-Secure, please immediately delete the email from BNI Internet Banking which contains the PIN of BNI m-Secure of the User Customer.
  3. The owner of BNI m-Secure must keep the PIN of BNI m-Secure safely by :
    1. Not to inform the PIN to anyone.
    2. Not to keep it in any written form which enables other people to see.
    3. Not to make PIN with sequence of numbers, e.g : 123456.
    4. Not to make PIN which is a repetition of one number, e.g : 222222.
    5. Not to make PIN in numbers : date of birth, phone number, car plate and others easily remembered/guessed by others.
    6. Not to lend BNI m-Secure or inform the PIN of BNI m-Secure to anyone.
  4. All effects occurred in relation to the misusage of PIN will be the full responsibility of the owner of BNI m-Secure. The owner of BNI m-Secure herewith releases Bank from any prosecution arising either from another party or from the owner of BNI m-Secure himself/herself as the result of misusage of PIN.
  5. The installation of BNI m-Secure can be done in cellphone or smartphone with Java, J2ME, Blackberry, and Android ver 4.0 and lower. The bank will issue further notification if there is an adjustment to the version or addition of a new cellphone operating system compatible with BNI m-Secure. BNI m-Secure can not be used for any other purposes other than for transactions specified by the Bank.
  6. Bank receives and executes every instruction from the owner of BNI m-Secure as a valid instruction based on the usage of BNI m-Secure and therefore, Bank has no obligation to check or investigate the originality and validity or the authority of BNI m-Secure user or to assess and prove the accuracy and the completeness of the given instruction and therefore the instruction will be binding to the owner of BNI m-Secure, except the owner of BNI m-Secure can prove it otherwise.
  7. BNI m-Secure will be blocked if the owner of BNI m-Secure entered the wrong PIN 3 (three) times in a row.
  8. In case the BNI m-Secure is blocked because the wrong PIN is entered 3 (three) times in a row, then the owner of BNI m-Secure can download and re-install the application of BNI m-Secure. The bank will send the new PIN of BNI m-Secure via the BNI Internet Banking email facility.
  9. In case of the cellphone installed with BNI m-Secure is stolen or lost, then the User Customer of BNI m-Secure must notify Bank, through the nearest Branch Office during office hours along with written confirmation signed by User Customer of BNI m-Secure in the form and content acceptable by Bank. If the User Customer of BNI m-Secure can not come to the Branch Office, then the notification can be given by contacting BNI Call. Based on the notification, the Bank will disconnect BNI m-Secure from the BNI Internet Banking system so the User Customer will not be able to do financial transactions. As long as the notification is not yet received by the Bank, then Bank will not be responsible for any transaction performed with the stolen or lost BNI m-Secure.
  10. Administration fee of BNI m-Secure either for new application or new installation due to damaged, stolen or lost device will be according to tariff notified by Bank later.
  11. Complaints and/or protest from the Owner of BNI m-Secure can only be entertained if the complaints and/or the protest on the usage of BNI m-Secure is submitted to the Bank within three months since transaction date.
  12. The owner of BNI m-Secure can use BNI m-Secure to authorize financial transactions.
  13. The usage of BNI m-Secure by other party with any reason whatsoever is not allowed by Bank. The owner of BNI m-Secure therefore releases the Bank from any prosecution arising from other party or the owner himself/herself by the misuse of BNI m-Secure.
  14. The bank has the right at any time to block BNI m-Secure and or the owner of BNI m-Secure’s account in any way, if the owner of BNI m-Secure is no longer eligible to the terms and conditions.
  15. As long as BNI m-Secure is “missing” or “blocked”, User Customer can still enjoy the non-financial service on BNI Internet Banking.
  16. If the owner of BNI m-Secure no longer wants to use BNI m-Secure, then the owner of BNI m-Secure must inform the Bank in writing and BNI m-Secure will be disconnected with BNI Internet Banking. The termination of usage to BNI m-Secure is valid after the letter of notification signed by the owner of BNI m-Secure is received by the Bank.
  17. The owner of BNI m-Secure herewith bound and comply to the conditions regulating on the usage of BNI m-Secure set by Bank and all the changes in any form which will be notified priorly by Bank to the owner of BNI m-Secure through the Bank’s Official Media.

I. DEFINITIONS

  1. BNI Deposito is a deposit savings product which can only be withdrawn at a certain date agreed by the Customer and the Bank.
  2. BNI Internet Banking means a distribution channel provided by the Bank for its Customers to access their account through the internet by using a browser in the computer.
  3. Bank means branch, region and head offices of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
  4. Customer means an individual who own an account of BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis/BNI Giro/BNI Emerald Saving and registered as the user to BNI Internet Banking.
  5. Source of Fund Account means the account of BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis/BNI Giro/BNI Emerald Saving that is used by the Customer as source of funds for placement BNI Deposito.
  6. Affiliated Account means an account of BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis/BNI Giro/BNI Emerald Saving that is used by the Customer for receiving payment of the interest and disbursement of the fund from BNI Deposito.
  7. Placement of Fund means a process of depositing funds that are derived from Source of Fund Account to BNI Deposito, which is conducted through BNI Internet Banking.
  8. Disbursement is a process of transferring funds from BNI Deposito to Affiliated Account which conducted through BNI Internet Banking on :
    1. The maturity date of BNI Deposito.
    2. Before the maturity date of BNI Deposito.
  9. Interest of BNI Deposito means an interest of BNI Deposito which will be paid monthly by the Bank to the Customer until the maturity date of BNI Deposito.
  10. Notification of Placement and Disbursement of BNI Deposito means a notification given by the Bank to the Customer stating that the placement or the disbursement of BNI Deposito have been successfully conducted.

II. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  1. The currency of BNI Deposito conducted through Internet banking is only available in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR).
  2. The time period of BNI Deposito is 1, 3 and 6 months.
  3. The available type of fund placement on BNI Deposito is time deposit with monthly interest. The interest will be paid monthly on the same date as the date of BNI Deposito opening (the maturity date) after tax deduction.
  4. The extension of BNI Deposito period will be Automatic Roll Over, BNI Deposito will be renewed automatically on the maturity date.
  5. The amount of fund placed on BNI Deposito through BNI Internet Banking shall fulfill the requirements as follows :
    1. The minimum Placement of Fund is IDR 10.000.000 (ten million rupiahs) and maximum is IDR 25.000.000 (twenty five million rupiahs).
    2. Customer can make more than one BNI Deposito account in one day.
    3. Bank is entitled to amend the minimum amount of placement on BNI Deposito at any time without prior notification to the Customer.
  6. The interest rate of BNI Deposito will be applied based on the policy that prevail at the Bank.
  7. Tax on the interest of BNI Deposito will be deducted directly from the interest that received by the Customer and will be transferred to the State Treasury as stipulated in the regulations.
  8. BNI Deposito is a savings product guaranteed by Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

I. GENERAL TERMS

  1. Customers guarantee that their personal identity and other information that submitted to the Bank are correct and valid.
  2. On the Placement of Fund or Disbursement or replacement of the Affiliated Account, the Customer must fill the data correctly. The bank is not responsible for any consequences arising as a result of incomplete or wrong data filled by the Customer.
  3. Customer has opportunity to check or cancel any data submitted by the Customer every time the system asks for confirmation prior to the Customer’s approval. When the Customer has confirmed that the data submitted are valid and complete, the Customer must input the PIN of BNI e-Secure to the available column, as an approval to the Placement of Fund or Disbursement or replacement of the Affiliated Account.
  4. The Placement of Fund or Disbursement or replacement of the Affiliated Account which has been instructed to the Bank and approved by the Customer can not be canceled.
  5. Every instruction approved by the Customer will be recorded in the Bank’s data centre and will be used as an evidence of the transactions.
  6. The bank shall accept and conduct any instruction from the Customer as the legitimate instruction based on the use of User ID, Password and BNI e-Secure. The bank is not obliged to examine or investigate the authenticity or validity or authority of the user's User ID, Password and BNI e-Secure or evaluate and prove the accuracy and completeness of the instruction, and therefore that instruction is legally binding to the Customer.
  7. As evidence to the Customer that the transaction has been successfully conducted by the Bank, the Customer will be provided with the notification that can be printed and saved in the Customer personal computer. The notification will inform the reference number and BNI Deposito data, which will be recorded in the Bank’s data centre as long as BNI Deposito is not terminated.
  8. Customer agrees and acknowledges that :
    1. All instructions and communications from the Customer are received by the Bank on the Placement of Fund or Disbursement or replacement of the Affiliated Account through BNI Internet Banking will be treated as valid evidence even though they are not written or signed documents.
    2. The Customer instructions and any form of communications between the Bank and the Customer that sent electronically will be recorded in the Bank’s data centre and/or other form of information and/or other data storages including but not limited to the written document, note, tape/cartridge, computer printout and copy. These recorded documents will be consider as a valid evidence and the authenticity, validity or originality of these evidences cannot be denied.
  9. The Placement of Fund or Disbursement can only be conducted through BNI Internet Banking, except in the conditions of the decease of the Customer or the Customer becomes incapable before the law.
  10. In the event of system failures that cause the Customer to not be able to conduct transactions through BNI Internet Banking, the Customer shall contact BNI Call or the nearest branch of the Bank.
  11. Bank shall handle all Customer’s claims or complaints as long as the Placement of Fund or Disbursement or replacement of the Affiliated Account is recorded in the Bank’s data centre.

II. TERMS OF BNI DEPOSITO PLACEMENT

  1. The Customer must submit the valid and correct data of BNI Deposito, including but not limited to the type, time period and amount of BNI Deposito. The Bank will open an Automatic Roll Over BNI Deposito for the Customer. The Bank’s branch that maintains the BNI Deposito account opened through BNI Internet Banking is the one that maintains the Source of Fund Account.
  2. The Customer can place funds on BNI Deposito in any amount as intended after calculating the minimum balance in the Source of Fund Account and considering the regulation of minimum and maximum fund placement in BNI Deposito through BNI Internet Banking that prevails in the Bank. The bank is entitled to refuse the Customer instruction if there is insufficient funds in the Source of Fund Account.
  3. The Customer hereby gives authority to the Bank to debit the Source of Fund Account in order to make fund placement on BNI Deposito through BNI Internet Banking which will be conducted based on the Customer instruction.
  4. All expenses that arisen upon the fund placement of BNI Deposito will be borne by the Customer.
  5. The bank is not responsible for any consequences arising as a result of the data incompleteness or mistakes made by the Customer.

III. TERMS OF BNI DEPOSITO DISBURSEMENT

  1. The Disbursement on the maturity date :
    1. Customer shall conduct the Disbursement via disbursement menu provided in BNI Internet Banking.
    2. The Disbursement can be conducted at the earliest on 08.00 WIB and the latest on 21.00 WIB on the maturity date.
    3. The Bank will not pay the accrued interest if the Disbursement is conducted not at the time as stated at point 1.b. above.
  2. The Disbursement before the maturity date :
    1. Customer shall conduct the Disbursement via disbursement menu provided in BNI Internet Banking based on the regulation that prevails in the Bank.
    2. The Disbursement through the Bank’s branch can be conducted only in the conditions of the decease of the Customer or the Customer becomes incapable before the law.
  3. In the event of system failures or the system is offline/broken, the Disbursement shall be conducted as follows :
    1. The Disbursement will be postponed until the Bank’s system is online or normal.
    2. If the Bank’s system is offline or broken for 48 hours, the Customer shall conduct Disbursement through the nearest branch of the Bank. The Disbursement can be conducted only by over booking from BNI Deposito to the Affiliated Account.

IV. TERMS OF TERMINATION OF BNI INTERNET BANKING SERVICES ACCESS

  1. If the access to BNI Internet Banking service is terminated because the Customer has forgotten his/her user ID and/or password, the Customer has closed all the Affiliated Accounts or the Customer has wrongfully input the BNI Internet Banking’s password, BNI Deposito will not be terminated. The Customer just need to reactive his/her BNI Internet Banking access to conduct transaction on his/her BNI Deposito.
  2. If the access to BNI Internet Banking service is terminated because of other matters except stated at point 1 above, the access to BNI Deposito will be also terminated.

V. TERMS ON LOAN COLLATERAL

BNI Deposito which is placed through BNI Internet Banking cannot be used as collateral to Cash Collateral Credit (BNI Instan).

I. TERMS

  1. BNI Taplus Internet Banking refers to Savings that is opened through BNI Internet Banking and the withdrawal of which may any time be made in accordance with certain requirements as agreed upon by the Customer and BNI.
  2. BNI Internet Banking shall mean the distribution channel of the Bank to access the Customer’s account through an Internet network using the browser software on the computer.
  3. Bank shall mean PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk comprising the Head Office and Branch Offices as well other offices being an inseparable part of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
  4. Customer shall mean an individual person who has BNI Taplus account already registered as a user of BNI Internet Banking services.
  5. Passbook shall mean any facilities provided to the Customer to do transaction at the Branch office and also as evidence of the ownership of the savings account and facilities to identify the account transaction.
  6. Fund Source Account shall mean the account connected to the facilities of BNI Internet Banking used for the initial deposit debiting account such as BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis Perorangan/BNI Giro Perorangan/BNI Emerald Saving/BNI Taplus Muda.
  7. BNI Debit Card shall mean the debit card which is a facility provided by Bank’s saving account and usable for transaction (shopping/purchase of goods and services) at the merchants with MasterCard logo worldwide with the signature authorization and to transact at ATM machine by directly charging the savings account of BNI Debit Cardholder in accordance with the transaction value done/made.

II. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  1. The funds placement of BNI Taplus Internet Banking shall be made available in Rupiah currency.
  2. The initial deposit for the opening of BNI Taplus BNI Internet Banking shall be five hundred thousand Rupiahs (IDR 500,000.-) at minimum. The initial deposit is transferred from the Customer’s existing account such as BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis Perorangan/BNI Giro Perorangan/BNI Emerald Saving/BNI Taplus Muda.
  3. The ownership of the Debit Card and the Passbook of BNI Taplus Internet Banking shall be optional.
  4. The Customer who has BNI Taplus Internet Banking having no Passbook and BNI Debit Card and he/she may only do the banking transaction through facilities of BNI Internet Banking. If the Customer chooses to do the banking transaction through other e-channel facilities such as ATM, SMS Banking or through the Branch Office, then the Customer shall be required to have the Passbook and BNI Debit Card.
  5. The Customer who has the BNI Taplus Internet Banking requiring the BNI Credit Card and Passbook may contact the nearest Branch Office of the Bank.
  6. The BNI Taplus Internet Banking interest rate shall be determined by the Bank and contained in the official media of the Bank among others the BNI website.
  7. The BNI Taplus Internet Banking interest shall be calculated on the daily balance basis from the 1st day to the end of the month concerned.
  8. The interest of BNI Taplus Internet Banking shall be deducted by final tax, if the Customer’s savings or deposit at the Bank (in the form of Deposit, Savings and Certificate of Bank Indonesia) exceeds seven million five hundred thousand Rupiahs (IDR 7,500,000.-).
  9. The tax on BNI Taplus Internet Banking interest shall be deducted and charged directly to the BNI Taplus account upon crediting the interest thereon. The tax calculation is rounded up (no mathematics logics) because the tax payment may not be less.
  10. The BNI Taplus Internet Banking interest shall be credited into the account of BNI Taplus Internet Banking every end of the month or when closing the account of BNI Taplus Internet Banking by transferring thereof to the account of BNI Taplus Internet Banking.
  11. The placement of money/fund in BNI Taplus Internet Banking shall be one of the savings forms guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation as provided for in the prevailing laws and regulations.

III. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The BNI Taplus Internet Banking shall be intended for individual depositors.
  2. The Customer guarantees that there shall be no change of the Customer identity and data as those kept in the bank.
  3. The opening of BNI Taplus Internet Banking account may be made if the Customer has already had savings/deposits with the Bank such as BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis Perorangan/BNI Giro Perorangan/BNI Emerald Saving/BNI Taplus Muda and has been active in user of BNI Internet Banking.
  4. The data of Customer that is doing the opening of BNI Taplus Internet Banking account will be the same as the data of Customer with the account of Customer being the source of money/ fund for initial deposit of the opening of BNI Taplus Internet Banking.
  5. The Customer shall be required to complete the data properly. The customer shall be fully responsible for the sufficiency and authenticity of the data completed by the Customer.
  6. The Customer shall have the opportunity to re-examine or cancel the data already completed at the time of confirmation by the system before approval is made/given.
  7. If the Customer is convinced of the authenticity and sufficiency of data completed as approval for the opening of BNI Taplus Internet Banking account, then the customer shall be required to enter the PIN BNI e-Secure or PIN BNI m-Secure to the available column on the page of BNI Internet Banking Services.
  8. The Bank shall receive and carry out any order of the Customer as lawful order based on the use of User ID, Password and BNI e-Secure/BNI m-Secure, that the Bank shall not be required to examine or investigate the originality or validity or authority of the use of User ID, Password and BNI e-Secure/BNI m-Secure or assess/ evaluate or evidence the accuracy and sufficiency of the order; therefore the order lawfully binds on the Customer as it should be.
  9. The Customer shall approve and acknowledge that :
    1. By doing the money transfer for initial deposit of the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account, all orders and any kinds of communication of the Customer received by the Bank will be regarded/treated as the lawful evidencing means despite no written documents and or issuance of document not signed.
    2. The evidence of the order of the Customer to the Bank and any forms of communication between the Bank and the Customer electronically sent saved/kept at the Bank data center and or kept in the form of information retention and other data of at the Bank, including but not limited to written documents, records, tapes/ cartridges, computer print outs and or copies shall be the lawful evidencing means to be incontestable of the validity, authenticity or originality.
  10. The initial deposit transaction of the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account ordered/instructed to the Bank and approved by the Customer may not be cancelled.
  11. The Customer may deposit a minimum balance amounting to five hundred thousand Rupiahs (IDR 500,000.-) at BNI Taplus Internet Banking account upon calculation of the minimum balance at the money/ fund source account.
  12. The Bank shall have the rights not to carry out the order of customer because the money/fund source account at the Bank is not sufficient.
  13. To prove that the transaction of money/fund placement with the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account ordered by the Customer has successfully been made by the Bank, the Customer will obtain the evidence of transaction in the form of reference number of the transaction on the page of BNI Internet Banking services transaction and the evidence thereof will be saved/kept in the Bank database for 3 (three) months as from the date of transaction.
  14. The transaction evidence of the opening of BNI Taplus Internet Banking account may be kept by the Customer in the format of PDF.
  15. If the Customer requires the Passbook and BNI Debit Card on BNI Taplus Internet Banking account, the Customer may visit the closest Branch Office by producing/showing the evidence of the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account opening or Passbook on the money/ fund source of the opening of the BNI Taplus Internet Banking.
  16. Should there be any trouble with the implementation with regard to the Opening of BNI Taplus Internet Banking account, then the Customer may contact BNI Call/the closest BNI Branch Office.
  17. Any forms of complaint by the Customer associated with the transaction through BNI Internet Banking will be followed up by the Bank as long as the transaction is saved/kept at the Bank data center.

IV. PROVISIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BNI TAPLUS INTERNET BANKING ACCOUNT OPENING

  1. The Customer shall be required to complete the data properly on BNI Taplus Internet Banking account opening, and may place the BNI Taplus Internet Banking money/fund of five hundred thousand Rupiahs (IDR 500,000.-) at minimum, by transferring the money/fund from the Customer’s existing account such as BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis Perorangan/BNI Giro Perorangan/BNI Emerald Saving/BNI Taplus Muda upon calculation of the minimum balance of the Fund Source Account.
  2. The Branch Office of the Bank that manages the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account shall be the same as that of the Branch Office of the Bank that manages the Account linked to the facilities of BNI Internet Banking used for the opening of BNI Taplus account.
  3. The Bank shall have the right not to carry out the order of the Customer if the balance on the Fund Source Account is not sufficient.
  4. The Customer shall hereby authorize the Bank to debit the Fund Source Account registered with the Bank when opening the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account as instructed by the Customer to the Bank through BNI Internet Banking.
  5. Any costs arising from the money/fund placement through BNI Internet Banking shall be borne by the Customer.
  6. The Customer shall be fully responsible for the sufficiency and authenticity of the data completed by the Customer.

V. CESSATION OF THE ACCESS TO BNI INTERNET BANKING SERVICES

  1. The access to BNI Internet Banking that is ceased because the Customer forgets the User ID and or the Password or the Customer mistakenly enters the Password will not affect BNI Taplus Internet Banking account already opened; the account may still be accessed after the Customer has re-activated the BNI Internet Banking.
  2. The cessation of the access to BNI Internet Banking services due to any matters not included in item 1 above will produce impact on the cessation of the access to BNI Taplus Internet Banking account.

VI. DORMANT ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

  1. If the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account for six (6) months consecutively or for another time period as determined by the Bank, makes no debiting or crediting transaction, other than debiting or crediting by the Bank system for the administrative charges, tax, penalty and interest, then the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account will be given dormant status.
  2. The BNI Taplus Internet Banking account of a dormant status and has zero balance, on the last financial date (the latest transaction date including the posting of the system) is H-9 months will be automatically closed by the system (auto-closure).
  3. The dormant account may be changed into active account if the Customer makes transaction on the Account either the debit or credit transaction through BNI Internet Banking (for the account having no facilities of Debit Card and Passbook) or the debit or credit transaction through e-channel facilities such as BNI, ATM, BNI SMS Banking or through the Branch Office (for the account having the facilities of Debit Card and Passbook).
  4. Should there be any abuse of the money/fund source account, the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account and the money/fund source account will be blocked.
  5. The Bank shall have the rights to close the BNI Taplus Internet Banking Account in a dormant status as referred to in item VI.2 above and is of nil balance (IDR 0.-) or a given total balance that will from time to time be informed by the Bank to the Customer in any form and means whatsoever.
  6. The closing of BNI Taplus Internet Banking account shall consist of :
    1. The BNI Taplus Internet Banking account that has no facilities of BNI Debit Card and Passbook.
      1. The closing will be done by an (auto-closure) system cf. item VI.2.
      2. The closing may be done at a Branch Office, by producing/showing valid identity card, the Passbook/Current Account and BNI Debit Card of the money/fund source account.
    2. The BNI Taplus Internet Banking account having the BNI Debit Card and Passbook
      1. The closing will be done by an (auto-closure) system cf. item VI.2.
      2. The closing may be done at a Branch Office by producing/showing valid identity card, the Passbook/Current Account and BNI Debit Card of the BNI Taplus Internet Banking account.
  7. The customer has to close a BNI Taplus Internet Banking account that has no facilities of BNI Debit Card and Passbook in case of the customer requesting the Bank to close the money/fund source account of BNI Taplus Internet Banking.

I. TERMS

  1. BNI Tapenas Internet Banking shall mean a time savings product that is opened through BNI Internet Banking in Indonesian rupiah currency with a certain amount/sum of monthly deposit and in a given time period covered by an insurance protection benefit.
  2. BNI Internet Banking shall mean the distribution channel of the Bank to access the Customer’s account through an internet network using the browser software on the computer.
  3. Bank shall mean PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk comprising the Head Office and Branch Offices as well other offices being an inseparable part of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
  4. Customer shall mean an individual person who has BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis Perorangan/BNI Giro Perorangan/Taplus Muda/BNI Emerald Saving account already registered as user of BNI Internet Banking services.
  5. Affiliate Account shall mean an account used by the Customer as the money/fund placement source of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking and accommodates the money/fund disbursement of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking.
  6. Money/fund placement of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking shall mean the money/fund placement process from an Affiliate Account to a BNI Tapenas account through the BNI Internet Banking.
  7. Disbursement of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account shall mean the money/fund transfer process from the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account to the Affiliate Account on the Due Date automatically.
  8. BNI Tapenas Internet Banking Insurance shall mean life insurance program provided to every customer at the opening of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account.
  9. Additional Premium (%) shall mean the premium payment at the percentage rate of monthly deposit. With the choice of the additional premium of 0%, the premium shall be borne by the Bank.
  10. The insurance company shall mean an insurance services company being a partner (vendor) of BNI in the implementation of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking program.
  11. Beneficiary shall mean as party designated by the customer to receive the money/fund of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking and the amount generated thereon upon maturity and the insurance protection benefit in case of the death of the Customer.
  12. Interest on BNI Tapenas Internet Banking shall mean the interest to be paid every month to the Customer on the due date.
  13. Additional deposit shall mean the money/fund deposited to the account of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking other than the monthly regular deposit. The additional deposit shall not waive the obligations of the customer to make the monthly deposit.

II. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  1. The Customer who has the rights to open the account of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking shall be the customer who is seventeen (17) years old at minimum and sixty three (63) years old at maximum when the application for BNI Tapenas Internet Banking is made and BNI Tapenas Internet Banking is due when it is sixty five years old.
  2. The money/fund placement of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking through BNI Internet Banking shall be made available in Rupiah currency.
  3. Period
    1. The period shall be 2 years at minimum and 18 (eighteen) years at maximum.
    2. The customer of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking may change the savings period to be longer by at least making addition to a time period of 12 (twelve) months.
    3. The total time period after the change of time period shall be 216 (two hundred sixteen) months or 18 (eighteen) years at maximum.
    4. The BNI Tapenas Internet Banking period may not be changed to a shorter time period.
    5. The time period changed shall be in accordance with the age of the Customer that is not more than 65 (sixty five) years at the maturity.
    6. The method of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking extension shall use the Tapenas renewal (extension) menu.
  4. The initial deposit of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account shall be IDR 100,000.- at minimum.
  5. The nominal money/fund placement with BNI Tapenas Internet Banking :
    1. The amount of monthly deposit shall be determined when opening the account amounting to IDR 100,000.- at minimum and IDR 5,000,000.- at maximum by multiplication of IDR 50,000.-.
    2. The monthly deposit shall automatically be transferred by a system of Affiliate Account to BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account on every fifth (5th) day of the relevant month.
    3. The monthly deposit shall be made addition thereto by at least making addition to the monthly deposit of IDR 50,000.- and the maximum monthly deposit after it has been made addition to IDR 5,000,000.-.
    4. The system will only debit the Affiliate Account in the amount as that of the monthly deposit and if the money/fund in the Affiliate Account is not available or not sufficient, then there will be monthly deposit arrears.
    5. The monthly deposit arrears will be automati-cally settled by the system on the following day as long as the money/fund on the Affiliate Account is sufficient or up to the 5th day of the following month as long as the money/ fund on the Affiliate Account is sufficient, amounting to the deposit arrears plus the current monthly deposit.
      1. If the available money/fund on the Affiliate Account is not sufficient to settle the whole amount in arrear, then the system will automatically settle the overdue payment that occurs first.
      2. The account in arrear of less than 3 months, benefits shall still be provided to the customer of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking, that should there be any risks insured during the account is in arrear, the insurance benefit shall still be paid to the customer after the premium in arrear has been paid to the insurance company (to be debited from the balance of BNI Tapenas).
      3. The account in arrear for 3 (three) times consecutively will automatically be closed by the system, except :
        1. The Affiliate Account is of dormant status.
        2. The balance of BNI Tapenas account is blocked.
  6. Any Customer of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking shall be granted incentives in the form of death benefit or total permanent disability benefit either due to an accident or not due to an accident and the premium shall be borne by BNI (the premium, 0%).
  7. The provision/requirements for the insurance coverage :
    1. The insurance coverage period shall become effective as long as he/she continues being a Customer of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking.
    2. The effective period of coverage will be auto-matically expired due to the following :
      1. The account of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking has been due; or
      2. The Customer closes his/her BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account; or
      3. The Customer has reached sixty five (65) years old; or
      4. The BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account shall be closed by the system because the Customer BNI Tapenas Internet Banking monthly deposit is behind for 3 (three) times consecutively.
      5. At the time all claims have been paid in full.
    3. The provisions on coverage, the insurance coverage and the insurance coverage benefit as well as the insurance policy may further be identified and obtained through all of the Bank Branch Offices.
  8. The type of the insurance claim payment shall be based on the purpose of opening of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account :
    1. Educational plan : the type of claim payment shall take the form of the Insured continues making monthly deposit to the maturity.
    2. Other plan : the type of claim payment taking the form of the remaining accumulation of monthly deposit shall be paid upfront in lump sum.
  9. If a customer dies prior to maturity, the customer who states no the name and data of the Beneficiary, the money/fund will be paid to his/ her heirs.
  10. A Customer who is desirous to specify/state the name of the Beneficiary or change the name of the Beneficiary being still the heirs, the Customer may do so at any of the Bank Branch Offices.
  11. If a Customer is desirous to state the name of the Beneficiary other than the heirs already designated, the Customer shall visit the Affiliate Account Opening Branch Office by presenting a deed of testament issued by a notary public to be documented and recorded in the system.
  12. The name of the Beneficiary already documented and recorded in the system by the Branch Officer may be seen by the Customer at the Detailed Menu of the Beneficiary.
  13. The interest rate shall be determined by the Bank and contained in the official media of the Bank.
  14. The tax on the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking interest shall be deducted and charged directly to the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account upon the interest debiting. The calculation of tax is rounded up (not based on mathematic logic) because the payment of tax may not be less than the stated amount.
  15. The money/fund placement on BNI Tapenas Internet Banking shall be a form of savings/deposit guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation as provided for in the prevailing laws and regulations.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Customer guarantees that there shall be no change of the Customer identity and data as those saved/kept in the data center of the Bank.
  2. With the placement of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking money/fund, the Customer shall be required to complete the data accurately.
  3. The Customer shall fully be responsible for the sufficiency and authenticity of the data completed by the Customer.
  4. The Customer shall have the opportunity to examine or cancel the data completed at the time of confirmation by the system prior to giving approval. If the Customer has been sure of the authenticity and sufficiency of data completed for approval on the implementation of placement or money/fund disbursement or change of the Affiliate Account, then the Customer shall be required to enter the PIN of BNI e-Secure/BNI m-Secure to the available column.
  5. The transaction of BNI Tapenas money/fund place-ment already instructed to the Bank and approved by the Customer may not be cancelled.
  6. Any order approved by the Customer will be kept at the data center of the Bank and shall become an evidence of order by the Customer to the Bank to carry out the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking money/fund placement.
  7. The Bank shall receive and perform any order from a Customer as lawful order using the User ID, Password and BNI e-Secure/BNI m-Secure, that the Bank shall not be required to examine/ inspect or investigate the validity or authority of the user of User ID, Password and BNI e-Secure/BNI m-Secure or assess/evaluate or prove the authenticity and sufficiency of the order and the order shall be lawfully binding on the Customer as it should.
  8. As a proof for the Customer that the transaction of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking money/fund placement as ordered/ instructed by the Customer has been successfully been done by the Bank, after the transaction, the Customer will obtain the evidence of transaction which may be printed and stored/kept in the Customer’s computer data containing the number of reference and the data of BNI Tapenas will be saved/kept in the data center of the Bank as long as BNI Tapenas is active.
  9. The Customer shall approve and acknowledge that :
    1. By implementing the transaction of money/ fund placement at BNI Tapenas through BNI Internet Banking, all orders and communication of the Customer received by the Bank will be treated as lawful evidencing item despite no written documents issued and or any documents issued is not signed.
    2. The evidence of the Customer’s order to the Bank and any forms of communication between the Bank and the customer sent electronically kept at the data center of the Bank and or stored in the form of the storage of information and other data with the Bank including but not limited to any written documents, or records, tapes/cartridges, computer print-outs and or copies shall be the lawful evidences which are incontestable of the validity, authenticity or originality.
  10. The transaction of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking money/fund placement through BNI Internet banking may only be made through BNI Internet Banking.
  11. If the implementation with regard to BNI Tapenas Internet Banking has trouble on the system, please contact BNI Call/the closest BNI Branch Office.
  12. Any forms of complaint by the Customer associated with the transaction by the Customer through BNI Internet Banking will be followed up by the Bank as long as the transaction is kept at the data center of the Bank.

II. THE PROVISIONS ON THE BNI TAPENAS MONEY/FUND PLACEMENT

  1. The Customer shall be required to complete the data accurately on BNI Tapenas Internet Banking, the time period, and the nominal deposit of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking.
  2. The Bank will open BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account and will not extend the time period.
  3. The Branch Office of the Bank that manages the BNI Tapenas account opened through BNI Internet Banking services shall be the same as that of the Branch Office of the Bank that manages the Affiliate Account (BNI Taplus/BNI Taplus Bisnis Perorangan/BNI Giro Perorangan/BNI Taplus Muda/ BNI Emerald Saving).
  4. The Customer may do the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking money/fund placement in the amount of the desirable balance upon calculation of the minimum balance with the Affiliate Account with due observance of the provision/requirements for the minimum and maximum limits of the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking money/fund placement . The Bank shall have the rights not to carry out the order by the Customer if the balance on the Affiliate Account is not sufficient.
  5. The Customer shall hereby authorize the Bank to debit the Affiliate Account registered with the Bank when the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking money/fund placement as instructed by the Customer to the Bank.
  6. Any costs arising from the money/fund placement through BNI Internet Banking shall be borne by the Customer.
  7. The Customer shall fully be responsible for the sufficiency and authenticity of the data completed by the customer.

III. WITHDRAWAL OF BNI TAPENAS

  1. The fixed/permanent monthly deposit along with the proceeds generated therefrom may not be with-drawn till the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking period expires.
  2. The withdrawal of money/fund may only be done on the additional deposit.
  3. The nominal withdrawal of the additional deposit may only be 30% at minimum of the total additional deposits with a withdrawal frequency of 1 time a year. The calculation of a year shall be based on the change of calendar year.
  4. The additional deposit may be withdrawn in cash withdrawal and by transferring to the Affiliate Account in all the Branch Offices of the Bank.
  5. For the withdrawal of additional deposit, the Customer shall bring along with the Affiliate Account passbook and proof of identity card of the Customer.
  6. The withdrawal of the entire money/fund by the Customer prior to BNI Tapenas Internet Banking due period shall mean the customer terminates/closes the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account and the account shall be charged for penalty as determined by the Bank and contained in the official media of the Bank.

IV. ACCOUNT CLOSING

  1. At the due period, the Customer of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking will receive the entire total amount of money/ fund and the proceeds generated less income tax on the current interest and the premium in arrear (if any).
  2. The money/fund shall be automatically transferred to the Affiliate Account.
  3. If the Affiliate Account has been closed, when BNI Tapenas Internet Banking is due the money/fund and the proceeds of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking will remain to be in the account of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking until the Customer visits the Branch Office of the Bank.
  4. The closing of the account of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking prior to the due period at the request of the Customer :
    1. The closing of the BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account at the request of the Customer may only be made in any of the Branch Offices of the Bank by presenting the passbook of the Affiliate Account and the proof of the Customer’s identity.
    2. The closing will be charged a breaking penalty as determined by the Bank and contained in the official media of the Bank.
  5. The closing provisions on the other accounts shall refer to the closing provisions on the account opened at the Branch office of the Bank as determined by the Bank and contained in the offical media of the Bank.

V. CESSATION OF THE ACCESS TO THE BNI INTERNET BANKING SERVICES

  1. The access to BNI Internet Banking that is ceased because the Customer forgets the User ID and or the Password, the Customer closes all of the Affiliate Accounts or the Customer mistakenly enters the Password will not affect the existing BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account, the account may still be accessed after the Customer has re-activated the BNI Internet Banking.
  2. The cessation of the access to BNI Internet Banking services due to any matters not included in item 1 above will result in the cessation of access to BNI Tapenas Internet Banking account.

VI. CREDIT COLLATERAL

The placement of BNI Tapenas Internet Banking may not be put as the Cash Credit Collateral (BNI Instant).

Note : all mutual funds form/bonds form/bancassurance form, opening account form, general terms and conditions, and customer statement are inseparable.

  1. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk., (hereinafter referred to as BNI) acts as a selling agent of mutual funds which provide subscription, switching and/or redemption services of mutual fund units (hereinafter referred to as the mutual fund transaction services).
  2. A customer is an individual or company who has account(s) at BNI.
  3. Unit holder is a customer who owns a mutual fund unit.
  4. A mutual fund is a capital market product which is not a product of a Bank. BNI is not responsible for any claims and risks on the mutual fund portfolio management.
  5. Mutual fund investment is not a third party deposit and not insured by a government insurance program or Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  6. A mutual fund is an investment instrument issued and managed by the investment manager and Bank Custody based on collective investment contract (KIK) and not a product of BNI as a commercial Bank.
  7. Mutual funds contain risks such as diminishing unit value as a result of security price fluctuation and other risks which are stated in the prospectus.
  8. BNI is not responsible for any claims and risks of the mutual fund portfolio management.
  9. Before subscribing to a mutual fund unit through BNI, customers should have read and fully understand the prospectus.
  10. A mutual fund is a mutual fund referred to as Undang-Undang no. 8 tahun 1995 about the capital market which in this provision means the mutual fund whose sales are conducted by BNI.
  11. Mutual Fund Transaction Service Participation :
    1. For participating in mutual fund transaction services, the customer shall complete client's opening account form and signing general terms and conditions below.
    2. The customer is required to submit a copy of valid identity of KTP/SIM/passport.
    3. Concerning subscription/switching/redemption execution, BNI will submit the customer's data to the investment manager and custodian bank, including customer's name and address.
    4. The customer acknowledges that the submission of the customer's data is not a violation of the confidentiality of customer's data.
  12. Subscription :
    1. Subscribing mutual fund through BNI services for the first time shall be conducted with a minimum amount which is listed in the prospectus and can be determined from time to time by BNI.
    2. The original confirmation of purchasing units will be issued by the custodian bank.
    3. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that BNI has no obligation to receive purchase order from customer either partly or wholly and BNI is not responsible for ensuring that the investment manager will receive the subscription order or for any loss incurred including loss of investment opportunity that may be suffered by the customer due to investment manager's refusal or delay in receiving subscription order.
    4. If the subscription form is received by BNI before 13.00 WIB, the subscription process will be based on Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit at the closing business day, and if the subscription form is received after 13.00 WIB, then the subscription process will be based on NAV on the next business day.
    5. To be able to purchase unit based on NAV on the same day, the customer's fund including subscription fee and other fees (if any) must have been effectively in the customer's account at BNI which is listed in subscription form before 13.00 WIB.
    6. If customer funds which are used for purchasing units including subscription fee and other fees (if any) are not available in the customer's account, then BNI considers the customer cancels the subscription request.
    7. Especially for protected funds, subscription can only be made during the offer period. Other provisions in respect of protected fund will follow the prospectus and information of mutual fund products.
  13. Switching :
    1. The customers may switch their mutual fund managed by the same investment manager. The minimum amount of switching units and other terms are subject to switching provisions listed in each prospectus.
    2. For the switching execution, customers must complete the switching form and submit it to BNI before 13.00 WIB in order to be executed based on NAV of the closing business day. If the switching form is received by BNI after 13.00 WIB, the switching process will be based on NAV of the next business day.
    3. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that BNI is not responsible for the switching request receipt or rejection by the investments manager and customers exempt BNI from any loss arising out of rejection or delay in switching process by the investment manager.
  14. Redemption :
    1. The customer may redeem all or part of mutual fund unit by fulfilling and submitting a redemption form to BNI. The minimum amount of units that will be redeemed are subject to the provisions of the respective prospectus mutual fund.
    2. Minimum number of investment units owned by the customer subject to provisions listed in the prospectus.
    3. If the filled redemption form is received by BNI before 13.00 WIB, the redemption unit process will be based on the net asset value (NAV) of the closing business day, and if the form is received after 13.00 WIB, redemption unit process will be based on NAV of the next business day.
    4. If all terms of mutual fund redemption have been fulfilled and approved by the investment manager, and payment funds have been effectively received from the investment manager, BNI will transfer or credit the customer's bank account after deducting the redemption cost and other costs (if any).
    5. Especially for protected mutual funds, the customer may only redeem all or part of it units of their mutual fund at the redemption date and subject to terms and conditions provisions in the prospectus.
    6. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that BNI is not responsible for the receipt or rejection of the redemption request by the investment manager.
    7. The customer releases BNI from any loss arising from rejection or delay of redemption process by investment manager or any delay, and/or the inability of the investment manager to make payments.
  15. Units repayment at maturity date for protected mutual funds :
    1. On the maturity date, for the benefit of the unit holder, the investment manager is required to repay all units that have been issued at the same time and with equal price per unit for each unit holder based on net asset value at maturity date.
    2. Unit holder does not need to submit a request letter or fill out the redemption form.
  16. Early redemption for protected mutual fund :
    1. Before maturity date, if there is any material change in the taxation rules and/or in tax laws interpretation by tax officials and/or there are political, applicable laws, or the economy changes, which based on the investment manager's consideration, may harm the unit holder significantly.
    2. For the benefit of the unit holder, the investment manager may execute early redemption of all mutual fund units which have been issued at the same time and with equal price per unit for each unit holder, based on net asset value of the early redemption date. The nominal of early redemption may be lower than the initial investment.
    3. BNI is not responsible for any consequences or losses which may arise upon early redemption as referred to point above.
  17. Cost :
    1. Any subscription and redemption of mutual fund unit through BNI will be charged for 0,25% from transaction value of subscription/redemption (otherwise stated differently in the prospectus) and administration fee of transaction (if any).
    2. Taxes with respect to the unit holder (if any).
    3. All fees and taxes as referred to points a and b above must be fulfilled by the customer/unit holder.
  18. BNI may temporarily suspend the subscription, switching and redemption of mutual fund units in the case of :
    1. The stock exchange where most of the investments traded are closed;
    2. Most traded investments are suspended by the stock exchange authority;
    3. The emergency as referred to in Undang-Undang no. 8 tahun 1995 about the capital market.
  19. If the mutual fund unit redemption causes the total customer's investment value less than the minimum investment value, then the customer will sell the whole of the mutual fund unit. The minimum investment value of the fund is based on the nominal value or investment units listed in the prospectus.
  20. With the customer's participation in the BNI mutual fund transaction service, the customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that BNI at any time can provide customer’s data to the custodian bank and the investment manager to meet applicable legal provisions or to fulfil the request of the parties authorized. The customer agrees that providing this information is not a violation of the bank’s confidentiality.
  21. Indemnification :
    1. The customer hereby declares to acknowledge and agree that BNI is exempt from any losses, risks, claims from any party for the execution of subscription, switching and redemption unit which requested by customer.
    2. The customer agrees that he/she will repay any losses, payment fees or fees incurred by BNI in executing the customer’s application or instruction.
    3. BNI shall not be responsible to the customer or any other party for loss caused by failure or delay in executing the application or customer's instruction due to the occurrence of force majeure, not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, communication system failures and legislation changes.
  22. Validity, interpretation and execution of all applicable provisions regarding Mutual Funds in BNI including but not limited to general terms and conditions of the Mutual Fund transaction services governed by and subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  23. Subjects relating to the subscription, switching, and redemption of mutual fund include but not limited to the general terms and conditions of the mutual fund transaction services and all consequences itself, customer and BNI choose a permanent and common legal domicile at the Central Jakarta Court office in Jakarta, without distort the right of each Party to file a lawsuit to another party in other courts wherever in Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of the law in Indonesia.
  24. BNI and unit holders agree that relevant records and electronic evidence of this transaction issued by the custodian bank is valid, authentic, and accepted.
  25. Reading this form means that customers will comply with the general terms and requirements of the mutual fund transaction service, including any future changes.
  26. Reading this form means that BNI legally acts for and on behalf of the customer in executing the customer’s instructions to execute subscription, switching, and or redemption mutual funds units in accordance with applicable regulations.

I certify that I have read and fully understood the general terms and conditions of mutual fund transaction services above and thereby bind to the provisions and general requirements.
