Jakarta, 27 May 2022 -- The biggest jazz event in Indonesia, BNI Java Jazz 2022, will be a momentum to increase people's digital transaction literacy. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. or BNI (stock code: BBNI) will prepare all tenants and partners to support the BNI Java Jazz event with various digital payment channels so that more transactions can be accommodated without much physical contact.
Corporate Secretary Mucharom said that BNI Java Jazz was a very appropriate event to invite the public to be more fond of digital transaction products.
High interest and excellent public consumption at music events like this will be a momentum for BNI to further introduce various reliability of digital channels.
"We will also ensure that all channels function optimally so that transactions are more seemless at events. We hope this can add to the excitement of BNI Java Jazz this year," he said.
The excitement of digital transactions, according to Mucharom, has been felt since entering the parking area. Visitors can use BNI Tapcash products at a rate of only Rp. 1 for the first 1 hour.
Entering the concert area, visitors will be greeted with various merchandise booths that can be a keepsake of the post-pandemic Java Jazz event. There are also various favorite food and beverage tenants that will spoil the tongues of the audience before the concert starts. Meanwhile, a total of around 50 booths will be available for the merchandise and food and beverage tenants.
"Of course, all transactions will be facilitated with digital payments starting from the millennial favorite channel, namely QRIS, as well as debit, credit, and BNI Tapcash cards which have been used for a long time throughout the history of Java Jazz being held," he said.
Mucharom continued that visitors can see various BNI digital innovations at this Java Jazz event. In fact, BNI will show off an open metaverse. BNI plans to open a branch in the meta universe.
"As a bank with international banking advantages, we will also showcase MSME products that have successfully penetrated the global market," he said.
