BNI Griya Held Mass Contract With Perumnas

Jakarta, Wednesday (21/12/2022) -- PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. or BNI, is proactively working to reduce the national backlog to encourage home ownership, especially among the Middle-Income and Low-Income Communities (MBR).
Through cooperation with the National Housing Development Public Company or Perum Perumnas, BNI seeks to attract more millennial couples to own a house.

As for, BNI and Perum Perumnas have collaborated in terms of commercial and subsidized housing developers. This time, BNI is collaborating with Perumnas to carry out a mass contract ceremony with 276 Perumnas consumers.
The event held at BNI Region 12 Office was attended by BNI Network & Services Director Ronny Venir and Perumnas Marketing Director Tambok Setyawati in Jakarta, Wednesday (21/12/2022).

Ronny conveyed, throughout 2022 BNI has distributed KPR Loans or BNI Griya to 687 Perumnas consumers with a financing value of approximately Rp 260.93 billion.

As an agent of development, BNI is proactive in channeling Griya Loans for both commercial and subsidized homes to continue to help facilitate many young people to own a house.

According to him, this strategic step is an accelerated effort to support national economic growth because there are more than 170 derivative industries that will positively impact along with the increasing performance of the property industry.
"We thank the government for giving BNI the opportunity to contribute to reducing the national housing backlog. We also hope that in the future, more young couples will be able to own a house," said Ronny.
To make it easier for customers, BNI also provides the BNI DigiGriya platform so that customers can easily search for property in any region and at any time.

In the platform, customers can directly connect with marketers for consultation and directly connect with BNI e-form for their KPR application. All integrated in just 1 platform.

In addition, customers can also utilize BNI E-Channel platforms such as BNI Mobile Banking for speed and ease of transactions with a variety of features that can answer all of customers’ needs.

"We also make sure that customers will get convenience in applying for credit at BNI if they actively transact at BNI," continued Ronny.

On this occasion, Tambok appreciated BNI for being one of the most active SOEs in distributing KPR both for the commercial segment and for the low-income segment through its programs and the FLPP scheme.

"We hope that our proactive steps with BNI can continue to help facilitate many young couples to own houses. There are still many middle and low-income people who cannot afford to own a house. Hopefully more banks as holders of the intermediary function will play an active role in facilitating mortgage needs in order to reduce the national housing backlog," she concluded. (*)
