PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI once again holds the Safari Ramadan 2025 program which is attended by the directors along with 1,700 orphans and underprivileged people in 14 cities in Indonesia. The program which is implemented starting March 4, 2025, is a real manifestation of BNI Berbagi towards social concern in the month of Ramadan.
The Safari Ramadan 2025 activity was opened by BNI Deputy President Director Putrama W. Setyawan who was accompanied by BNI Network and Services Director Ronny Venir and BNI Human Capital and Compliance Director Mucharom in Ambon, Tuesday (3/4/2025). In addition, BNI Safari Ramadan was also present in Lampung and Medan on the same day.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that as many as 79,000 basic food packages and assistance will be distributed by 17 BNI work areas throughout Indonesia during the Safari Ramadan.
"This annual activity aims to foster friendship, build togetherness, and share with the surrounding community as part of BNI's social responsibility commitment," said Okki in a press release.
Safari Ramadan will continue on Friday (7/3) in Bandung which is planned to be attended by BNI President Director Royke Tumilaar, as well as other directors who will be present in Sorong, Papua and Surabaya. Next week, Tuesday (11/3), BNI will be present in the Cities of Padang, Mataram and Pontianak which will be continued on Friday (14/3), in Gorontalo, Semarang, Solo, and Banyuwangi.
"The peak of the Safari Ramadan activities will be held at the BNI Pejompongan Tower Ballroom, Jakarta on March 19, 2025, while also commemorating Nuzulul Qur'an," said Okki.
Okki added, in organizing this program, BNI synergizes with various parties, including state-owned enterprises of basic food packages providers such as Bulog, RNI, and PPI, as well as strategic partners such as Agen46 and BNI customers.
"This collaboration is expected to expand the reach of the program, so that more people in need can feel the maximum benefits," concluded Okki.
