PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI implements limited operational services during the Nyepi Holy Day, Saka New Year 1947 and Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijriyah.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that in order to provide the best banking services to the public during the holidays, BNI will carry out limited operations from March 28 to April 7, 2025 starting at 09.00-12.00 local time.
"There are 86 Branch Offices/Sub-Branch Offices and 16 O-Branches of BNI implementing limited operational services according to predetermined dates so that they can serve customers during the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr 2025 holidays," said Okki.
A total of 36 outlets are operating on limited basis on March 28, 2025, including Malang Branch Office and Jembatan Ampera Bridge Sub-Branch Office in Palembang. While on April 1, there are 18 outlets, including Kediri Branch Office and Gajah Mada Branch Office.
Meanwhile, 40 outlets will operate on a limited basis on April 4 2025 and on April 7 there will be 24 outlets including Purwokerto and Malang Branch Offices.
Okki added that the O-Branch Service or BNI Mobile Car also operates at a number of homecoming flow points such as the Keramasan Musi Palembang Toll Road, Cirebon Toll Exit, Madiun Rest Area 626 and 597, and Rest Area 844 Probolinggo B Route.
BNI O-Branches are also present in strategic locations for homecoming traffic such as the Giri Mas Mataram Terminal, Ketapang Port, and the UPPKB Cekik Gilimanuk area.
"We hope that with the limited operation of BNI branch offices and O-Branch services, as well as all BNI digital channels, customers' banking needs can still be met amidst the long Nyepi and Lebaran holidays this year," concluded Okki.
