PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI took part in supporting the smooth homecoming of Lebaran 2025 by providing BUMN Mudik Bersama Posts at various points, including at Balikpapan Port, to facilitate the needs of homecoming travelers with the best service.

BNI, in collaboration with PT Pertamina and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo), organized the distribution of 100 packages of takjil per day at Balikpapan Port on 27 and 28 March 2025.

Furthermore, in the return flow period, refreshments for 200 people per day will be available on April 5-8, 2025, along with free health checks and medicine for homecoming travelers.

BNI KC Balikpapan Branch Service Manager, Endhi Harto along with representatives from Pertamina and Pelindo attended the Takjil distribution while interacting with homecoming travelers.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo explained that BNI's contribution with other SOEs through the provision of the BUMN Mudik Bersama 2025 Posts is a real effort by state companies to ensure that Lebaran 2025 homecoming runs safely and comfortably.

“Through BUMN Mudik Bersama Posts, we want to be closer to the community by providing the best service in the hope that the homecoming trip can take place safely, smoothly, and comfortably,” Okki said in a written statement.

Okki continued, Balikpapan Port was chosen as one of the locations for setting up the Homecoming Posts because the concentration of homecoming travelers using this location is quite high. The number of homecoming travelers departing from Balikpapan by ship during this homecoming period is projected to reach 35,000 people.

BUMN Mudik Bersama Post at Balikpapan Port complements the various initiatives for the benefit of the community provided by BNI and other SOEs in facilitating the Lebaran 2025 homecoming.

"Previously, we have also held a homecoming release with SOEs, where BNI released 121 buses to various destination locations. It is hoped that this year's homecoming moment can run smoothly and be more memorable for the community," Okki added.
