BNI Distributes 200 Takjil and Health Services at Malang Mudik Post

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI contributed to the success of the homecoming flow by distributing food packages and free medical check-ups at the BUMN Mudik Post in Malang, East Java.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo conveyed that the provision of the BUMN Mudik Posts is part of BNI's commitment as a state-owned bank to be present to provide benefits to the community.

“The BUMN Mudik Post can be used by homecoming travelers to pull over for a moment and rest so that the homecoming trip runs smoothly and safely,” he said.

BNI in collaboration with PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk and PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), set up a BUMN Mudik Post in Malang located at Rest Area 84A, Pandaan Malang Toll Road, East Java. A total of 200 takjil packages per day were ready to serve people who want to break the fast in the area.

Not only that, a BUMN Mudik Post is also prepared for the return flow at rest area 84B on April 5-8, 2025, including refreshment services as well as free medical check-ups and treatment for people who choose to rest at that location.

Okki added, through this BUMN Mudik Post activity, it is hoped that it can become a means of solid collaboration for SOEs to increase social care for the community.

“Please stop by and take advantage of the BUMN Mudik Posts to rest, don't forget to drive carefully and have a happy gathering with your family in your hometown,” Okki concluded.

 

 

BNI Supports Customer Service During Lebaran Homecoming Season

In order to support the transaction needs of customers during the Eid holiday, BNI implements limited operational services by preparing mobile services (O-Branch) at various strategic points that are often traveled by travelers and Branch Office / Outlet services to meet the community needs during the holiday of joint leave and Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri on March 28 to April 7, 2025.

Okki said, the O-Branch service can be found in several locations in Rest Areas, Terminals, Tourist Attractions and several homecoming routes including Rest Area near Cirebon Toll Exit, Sidoarjo homecoming route at PT Lautan Makmur and many more.

Specifically in Malang Region, BNI provides an O-Branch located at PT Batu Karang, Jl Parangargo Number 153, Malang Regency (Brawijaya Branch).

Furthermore, to serve banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers of BNI accounts limited to IDR 25 million, Pertamina fuel deposits, MPM / Bulog / KAI transactions, BNI also mobilizes at least 86 Branch Offices / Outlets during the Lebaran 2025 holiday with service hours from 9:00 to 12:00 of local time.

Okki said, BNI also continues to alert various other banking transactions such as the wondr by BNI application, 13,402 ATMs / CRMs that operate 7x24 hours, BNI TapCash (electronic money), 333 CS Digital transactions, digital payments through 247,999 Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, to 214,513 BNI Agen46 which serve withdrawals, deposits, transfers, open accounts, and TapCash top up.

BNI has also prepared Customer Experience Centers (CX-Centers) that operate 24 hours to serve customers during long holidays such as BNI Call at 1500046.

“All of these services are deployed by BNI so that customers remain safe and comfortable during the holidays, happy Eid al-Fitr 2025 and gather with family,” concluded Okki.
