BNI Ensures Customer Financial Services to Remain Safe and Comfortable Throughout Eid al-Adha Holiday

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI ensures that financial services for customers will continue to run safely and comfortably during the national holiday of Eid al-Adha 1446 H and joint leave which falls on June 6 and 9, 2025. As an anticipatory measure, BNI will carry out Limited Operations on Saturday, June 7, 2025 to ensure the smooth running of important transactions, especially those related to Pertamina fuel payment deposits.

A total of 20 BNI outlets spread from Medan to Jayapura will continue to operate on a limited basis on that date. The operational service hours of these outlets are open from 10:00 to 12:00 local time. The services focused on this period are receiving Pertamina fuel payment deposits through the Pertamina H2H POBS system, which is an important part of BNI's support for the smooth distribution of national energy.

BNI Corporate Secretary, Okki Rushartomo, explained that the implementation of this Limited Operation is a real manifestation of BNI's commitment to maintaining the continuity of customer transactions, especially for the Pertamina gas station sector which plays an important role during the long holiday period.

"We are trying to ensure that important customer transactions can still be carried out smoothly, even during national holidays," said Okki in a written statement.

To support smooth operations, each outlet that serves will be assigned at least one unit leader or supervisor, one teller, and one security officer. The formation is expected to ensure optimal and safe service during limited operating hours.

Not only services at physical outlets, BNI also continues to maintain the capacity and capability of its digital services. Okki added that e-channel services such as wondr by BNI, BNIdirect, Internet Banking, SMS Banking and ATM/CRM machines will continue to operate 24 hours non-stop during the Eid al-Adha holiday. This provides easy access to transactions anytime and anywhere for all customers.

"We hope that the public can be more comfortable using the BNI digital services that we provide, because in addition to being fast and easy, this service also guarantees the security of every transaction process. This digital service is the main solution amidst restrictions on physical outlet operations during national holidays," concluded Okki.
