PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI continues to improve priority customer service by introducing the new face of BNI Private at an exclusive event called BNI Private x Tatler Exclusive Dinner. This event serves as both an introduction to new services and a way to thank loyal BNI customers.
BNI Consumer Banking Director Corina Leyla Karnalies explained, this activity is part of a series of BNI Private relaunching which was released on May 23, 2025.
Carrying the spirit of Beyond Wealth, BNI Private now comes with a more personalized and strategic approach, targeting the evolving needs of customers, including in terms of intergenerational legacy and social and environmental impact.
“We are not only focused on financial services, but also want to be our customers' strategic partner in building legacy and creating sustainable added value,” Corina said in her written statement.
Embracing a new philosophy, BNI Private is now supported by a team of Senior Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists who are ready to provide comprehensive advisory services. BNI also offers a number of global privileges and next generation programs to strengthen long-term relationships with customers and their families.
In this update, BNI also introduced the latest design of debit and credit cards made of elegant and modern metal, as a symbol of BNI's exclusivity and commitment to providing a premium banking experience.
The exclusive event, which was also attended by BNI Director Rian Eriana Kaslan, was further enlivened by the performance of legendary Indonesian singer, Ruth Sahanaya, who gave a warm and luxurious feel to the guests.
BNI Wealth Management SEVP Steven Suryana added, the launch of BNI Private's new face is also part of BNI's 79th anniversary celebration which carries the theme ‘Accompanying Your Every Step’.
