PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI marked its 79th Anniversary by directly greeting its loyal customers. There are two branch offices visited by the BNI Directors, namely the BNI Central Jakarta Branch Office (JPU) and Kramat.
At the JPU branch office, a warm atmosphere was created as BNI President Director Putrama Wahju Setyawan mingled directly with customers, from retail customers to BNI Private customers.
“What customers convey will be used as input for us to provide even better in the future,” Putrama said in a written statement.
Not only customers, Putrama who was accompanied by BNI Consumer Banking Director Corina Leyla Karnalies also took the time to chat with employees at the location.
This activity was not only a gathering event, but also reflected BNI's commitment to continue to be closer to the community. In the ever-changing world of banking, BNI emphasizes the importance of personal connections that are in line with strengthening digital services.
In a separate location, a warm atmosphere was also seen when BNI Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar mingled with customers.
In the spirit of its 79th anniversary, BNI has adopted the theme “Accompanying Your Every Step.” Through this theme, BNI emphasizes its role as a trusted partner of the community in facing various phases of life, as well as opening access to future opportunities.
Xandra also had time to talk to business customers. The spirit of ‘accompanying your every step’ was an important message she conveyed to the customers.
“Hopefully, when we meet again, the scale of the business will have increased even more,” said Xandra.
Accompanied by BNI Director Rian Eriana Kaslan, Xandra also had time to greet BNI employees and expressed her hope that all BNI people have the same spirit in strengthening the market position.
In front of all Hi-Movers, Xandra emphasized that this anniversary moment should be a spirit to continue working and maintaining customer trust.
