PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, along with its subsidiary, PT BNI Sekuritas, has once again achieved recognition on the global stage by winning two prestigious awards at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2025.
BNI was named the Best Digital Bank for SMEs in 2025, while BNI Sekuritas successfully won the title of Indonesia's Best Investment Bank for Equity Capital Market (ECM) in 2025.
BNI Commercial Banking Director Muhammad Iqbal stated that these two awards are concrete proof of international recognition of BNI's ecosystem's contribution to strengthening the national economy and boosting the competitiveness of the Indonesian capital market.

From a capital market perspective, BNI Sekuritas reinforces its role thru the Indonesia's Best Investment Bank for ECM 2025 award.
Throughout 2024, BNI Sekuritas successfully managed a number of large transactions, including serving as the lead advisor in the voluntary tender offer for Siloam International Hospitals Tbk, which strengthened the strategic ownership of the controlling shareholders.
Additionally, BNI Sekuritas also played a role in the acquisition of shares in Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk, with special financing resulting from the synergy of the BNI Group ecosystem and the support of a global investor network.
