(29/10/2025) - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI reaffirms its commitment to expanding national financial literacy and inclusion by actively participating in the Financial Expo (FinExpo) 2025 held at Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya, on October 23–26, 2025.
This activity, initiated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) together with ministries, institutions, and financial service industry players, is part of the Financial Inclusion Month (BIK) 2025 series, with the theme “Financial Inclusion for All, Prosperous People, Advanced Indonesia.”
BNI Director of Network & Retail Funding Rian Kaslan said that FinExpo is an important moment for BNI to strengthen its role as an inclusive financial institution focused on the use of digital technology.
“FinExpo is a strategic platform for BNI to get closer to the community. Through this event, we want to encourage more people to learn about, own, and use formal financial products and services so that they can feel the real benefits in their daily lives,” said Rian in a written statement.
At this event, BNI introduced the outstanding features of the wondr by BNI mobile banking app, including wondr Insight, which helps customers monitor their spending patterns and manage their finances more intelligently.
wondr by BNI is here not only to facilitate daily transactions, but also to provide a deeper understanding of users' financial activities," explained Rian.
In addition to wondr Insight, BNI also offers the Life Goals feature, which helps customers plan financial goals such as saving for education, vacations, or home purchases with an auto-debit system. This feature is designed to improve financial discipline while supporting long-term financial planning.
BNI also educates visitors to be more active in digital transactions using QRIS and various other digital services. In addition, BNI highlightes the important role of the BNI Agen46 network in expanding financial inclusion, especially in 3T (Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged) areas.
Through Agen46, people can easily access various banking services, such as opening accounts, withdrawing and depositing cash, paying bills, making transfers, and applying for People's Business Credit (KUR).
“BNI Agen46 is the first point of entry for the public to learn about banking and the digital world. We want to ensure that financial access is not only available in big cities, but also reaches people in remote areas,” added Rian.
Rian emphasized that BNI will continue to deliver innovative products and services that not only facilitate transactions but also provide added value in personal financial management and improve community welfare.
“BNI is committed to continuing to support the improvement of national financial literacy and inclusion through services that are relevant to the needs of the community. Through wondr by BNI and the Agen46 network, we want to ensure broader, easier, and more inclusive financial access for all levels of society,” he concluded.
BNI's participation in FinExpo 2025 further reinforces its role as a bank that not only provides ease of transactions, but also drives national economic growth through equitable access to finance and improved financial literacy among Indonesians.
