PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) is offering a special BNI Griya mortgage program at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026. Customers can take advantage of various financing benefits, including a special interest rate of 2.75%, a down payment starting from 1%, waivers on provision and administration fees, and loan tenors of up to 30 years.
The program runs during the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 from August 27 to 30, 2026, and applies to purchases of new properties from participating developers that have partnered with BNI.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that the BNI Griya mortgage program is part of BNI's efforts to expand public access to housing finance while simultaneously supporting the Three Million Homes Program.
“The Danantara Housing Expo serves as an opportunity for the public to find housing that meets their needs while also accessing financing options from BNI. Through the BNI Griya mortgage product, we offer various conveniences to help people prepare for homeownership in a way that aligns with their financial capabilities,” said Okki in a written statement.
In addition to a special interest rate of 2.75%, BNI offers a down payment starting from 1%, waivers on provision and administration fees, and loan tenors of up to 30 years. Under this scheme, BNI Griya mortgage installments start from around IDR 1 million, depending on the financing amount and applicable terms and conditions.
According to Okki, the combination of property options from various developers and available financing facilities is expected to provide the public with more alternatives when planning for home ownership.
“BNI aims to provide the public with more options for securing housing that suits their needs and financial capabilities. With the support of developers and available financing facilities, we hope that an increasing number of Indonesian families can realize their plans to own a home,” said Okki.
The program applies to the purchase of new properties from developers participating in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 who have partnered with BNI. Applications for the BNI Griya mortgage under this program must be finalized no later than September 30, 2026, and remain subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of the BNI Griya mortgage.
