Let’s Be Proud of Made in Indonesia, Visit SMSE Exhibition at BNI Kreasi Nusantara Craft Online

Jakarta, 16 Mei 2020 --- "I am grateful that our country and nation have many strengths, great works, and quality products born from the hands of our brothers and sisters who have great talents. Pandemic does not prevent us from being creative."

That was the call of President Joko Widodo when launching the #BanggaBuatanIndonesia National Movement in Jakarta, 14 May 2020.

Along with the national movement, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are invited by BNI to sell online at the Blanja.com marketplace through the BNI Kreasi Nusantara Craft Online Program. This event was held a few days before the President launched the national movement, which takes place from 9 May 2020 until 22 May 2020.

BNI Kreasi Nusantara Craft Online is a coordinated effort to help SMSEs to survive the COVID-19 pandemic. BNI invites 100 MSMEs to take advantage of selling opportunities on Blanja.com more easily. This was stated by BNI’s Consumer Business Director, Corina Leyla Karnalies in Jakarta, Saturday, 16 May 2020.

Corina said, BNI Kreasi Nusantara Craft Online is a breakthrough to help local product producers open new markets online, as well as open opportunities for workers who have lost their jobs to remain economically active. On the other hand, BNI invites people to care for MSMEs and buy their products more easily because they are online, which is in accordance with the government's call to stay active at home and run physical distancing.

“This is our way to stimulate online market for MSMEs, in line with government’s effort in the #BanggaBuatanIndonesia National Movement and the 100.000 UMKM Go Online Movement. We combine the BNI Kreasi Nusantara Online Program with the BNI Communication Program which aims to spread positive enthusiasm and optimism in facing COVID-19, the #AntarkanSangat program, an effort to encourage many parties to care for one another and help in the midst of this pandemic," Corina said.

There are various benefits that can be obtained for MSMEs who join the BNI Kreasi Nusantara Craft Online. First, opening an online store is easy and free. Second, enjoy the free shipping program. Third, the opportunity to enter advertising activities and products in all BNI promotional media. Fourth, can register shop and manage transactions anywhere.
