Until the first semester of 2022, BNI's corporate digital service, BNIDirect, recorded an additional 17.5% user year-on-year (YoY) to 79,800 users, followed by transaction volume growth of 35.4% (YoY) or reached Rp2,587 trillion, with the number of transactions also increasing by 25.8% YoY or 462 million transactions.

Payment management services can help users to more easily make all types of payments. Starting from payment of Payrolls, Taxes, Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP), Customs, Social Security (BPJS), Electricity, Insurance and other Utilities, to online transfers between banks, clearing, RTGS, and international transfers and also providing facilities for foreign exchange buying and selling transactions.
This BNI business digital solution also has a liquidity management feature that allows users to manage the company's finances/cashflows by using Cash pooling, Range Balance, Cash distribution and other features
To support customers' business, the trade feature on BNIDirect can speed up the processing of Trade-related documents, such as import and export LC.
The online open account capability can also make it easier for BNIDirect users to directly open Current Accounts and Deposit accounts so they don't need to visit branches.
The Company also embeds an information management feature that provides information on balances, mutations, current accounts, exchange rates, interest rates, and other reports that can be downloaded and sent via email.
