PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI ensures that banking services will continue during the Easter holiday on Friday, April 3, 2026, through limited operations at a number of branch offices and optimization of digital channels.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said this step was taken to ensure smooth transactions for the public during the national holidays designated by the government.
"BNI is committed to continuing to provide banking services to the public, especially to meet transaction needs during national holidays such as Easter," Okki said in a written statement.
BNI has prepared 16 outlets for limited operations on April 3, 2026, with service hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. local time. During this period, customers can still conduct various essential transactions, such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, state revenue deposits, as well as deposits, cash withdrawals, and transfers between BNI accounts, with a maximum limit of IDR 25 million per account per day.
In addition to branch services, BNI also ensures all digital channels remain operational 24/7. Customers can access various transaction services through the wondr by BNI app, BNIdirect, ATMs, and other electronic banking services.
Okki added that utilizing digital services is the primary solution for people to continue conducting practical transactions without having to visit a branch office.
"Customers can take advantage of BNI's 24-hour digital services to meet various transaction needs more easily, quickly, and securely during the holiday period," said Okki.
