Cooperation on Integrated Cash Management Services

Jakarta, February 4, 2016 - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) and Angkasa Pura 2 began a cooperation to improve cash management services. To assist Angkasa Pura 2 operational needs, BNI provides integrated cash management solutions, starting from collection, liquidity management, to payment management. BNI will help support Angkasa Pura 2 reforms, currently underway to improve services at 13 airports in Indonesia.

BNI Institutional Relations and Transactional Banking Director Adi Sulistyowati and PT Angkasa Pura 2 (Persero) Finance Director Andra Y Agussalam are set to sign the agreement of cooperation (MCC) on the Use of Integrated Cash Management Services, to be held at BNI Head Office Building in Jakarta, Thursday, February 4, 2015.

Under the agreement,the cooperation will include BNI Direct Corporate Internet Banking service that featuresvendor payment management, payroll management, and e-Tax payment. With BNI Direct, Angkasa Pura 2 can take advantage of Auto debit Collection and reporting services, Account Sweeping Services, Operational Account Management Services, Passenger Service Charge payments, as well as BNI Virtual Account services.

Adi Sulistyowati stated that BNI welcomes Angkasa Pura 2’s trust in BNI to help with its cash management system. The cooperation is expected to improve both parties’ synergies and encourage business development for Angkasa Pura 2 and BNI. Tax Payment Service MPN Generation 2 (MPNG2) is the highlight of the cooperation, which processes billing and tax payments using BNI Direct to spare customers the need to create billing on Directorate General of Taxation (DGT) website.

Andra Y Agussalam further added that the Agreement willenhanceexisting cooperation with BNI. Currently, Angkasa Pura 2 is renovating and upgrading 13 airports, which demands good financial management. The agreement will serve as a business solution forintegrated, effective, and efficient financial management at Angkasa Pura 2.

BNI is the first bank to implement Passenger Service Charge with this cooperation. Presently, seven airlines have processed their Passenger Service Charge payments via BNI.
