In order to realize the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, BNI is committed to managing the Company in a professional manner, based on corporate conduct that is aligned with the corporate values and work culture, particularly the cultural value of Integrity.

In order to maintain and enhance BNI’s reputation and corporate image, BNI encourages all stakeholders, both internal and external, to report any suspected violations through BNI’s Whistleblowing System (WBS).

In cooperation with an independent consultant, BNI provides a secure, confidential, and independent WBS reporting facility through the following channels :

To ensure effective and timely follow-up, reports should include, at a minimum, the following information :

  • Reporter’s identity (anonymous reporting is permitted).
  • Description of the alleged violation.
  • The reported party and any other parties involved (if any), including their respective units.
  • The unit where the incident occurred and the time of occurrence.
  • Supporting documents and other evidence (if any).

BNI guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of good-faith whistleblowers, the reports submitted, and all related information received through the Whistleblowing System.
