"If you look at the December 2020 transactions, digital transactions of BNI customers, especially by BNI Mobile Banking application, have increased by almost 50% from December 2019 transactions," said BNI’s Vice President Director, Adi Sulistyowati.
The data, she said, shows that people have started to switch to transactions, namely from physical transactions at outlets to electronic or digital channels. In this case customers use BNI Mobile Banking application.
